I look at them and ask so earnestly, they say, I nipOnila, but don't you stick together, boors? What about porridge?

As for the syringe, yes, it is very convenient to use it. ... I have a small one, it is exactly enough for one palette, but stuffing minced meat into it is not difficult and time-consuming, ppraz and again full.
The dough is not mantle. For dumplings and dumplings, I do a little different (but this dough is exclusively for dough rolling):
2 eggs + water = 250 ml
Salt - 1 tsp without slide
Rast. oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Flour (I have Makfa) - 500g

Pour flour into the mixer bowl, salt and oil on it. Turn on the first speed and pour in a chatterbox of eggs and water.

Lean meat - 600 g
Lard or internal fat (and I have a clear stump, dumba) - 60 g
Onions - 200 g
Salt - 1 tsp with a tiny slide
Spices (I have oriental) + dry. greens (dill with parsley 1 tsp w / hills) + dry. garlic - 1 tsp. b / slides + black pepper - a pinch
Further, do not drop the current, but I needed to enhance the taste
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp l
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp l.


Minced meat turns out to be incomparable! It has a rich, bright taste, but it is not fatty itself, but juicy!
