I have been using the bread maker for about a month, baked about 20 breads. How they say, fresh in my memory. All from personal experience. I am grateful to the members of the forum with whom I communicated in a personal and thanks to whom I made the right choice.
SO:
- First, go through the forum to get information, what is such a product as a bread maker (hereinafter referred to as HP). Do not take seriously the statements of the Panasonic HP owners who are trying to compensate for the moral damage from the purchase of an "ordinary simple product" at a double price and instead of taking part in the discussion of more pressing issues they shout that they have "the most, the most !!!)." This does not apply to everyone, but the "conscientious" (of which the overwhelming majority) do not shout about it at every corner ... At first I also succumbed, and then it turned out that Panasonic is originally a Chinese product (it was not going to be used in other countries for the CIS). like most non-programmable HP, it is only stupid to carry out the cooking process laid down by the manufacturer.
Do not trust the advice of people who "know everything." You will immediately identify them (intermeddle in the discussion of all topics and give "good advice." Well, they are bored ... you can understand ...
-And so, what is HP, we learned. Bread is always tasty, but you have to accept that in appearance and other indicators (crust, for example ...) it will be quite different from the usual store bread. Many people don't like it.
-HP are programmable and non-programmable.
-If YOU don’t bother with the color of the crust, density, appearance (although the bread is always delicious), buy a simple non-programmable HP. Plant there are enough programs, but you cannot interfere with the cooking process. True, some manage. I pull out the plug from the socket and put on another program. But this is because of bezishodnost - they bought the wrong stove, now they are tormented ... (as they say, “appetite comes with eating ...), but it’s better! ... One of the most popular Moulinex (65% of the market). A simple, good car, but at the present time I advise you to refrain, a lot of marriage has gone. Talked to the seller (friend of my friend). Out of six sold-return - 4 !!! And the marriage is interesting - everything is in order during testing in the service, but it doesn't want to bake well! (Or maybe an accident ...). Look at the forum, what is being written there now ... now it is no longer interesting to me.
-Programmable: The display shows at what stage of cooking the bread is, you can always intervene, add or subtract something, and then program several programs "for yourself." For example: white bread (which I like) turned out only after I set the "rise" for more than 20 minutes. In short, I made white, sweet "for myself", turn for black (there is no time to experiment, but once I did it, I forgot). I no longer use factory programs.
-So stop for model selection.
Select several items and through the forum contact in a personal (better by phone) with the owners of the selected models. It is desirable with those whose comments you liked (it is better with the "topic" for discussing recipes, and not where they argue about whose HP is better.
-At the time of buying:
The goods must be packed (do not accept the excuse that the completeness was checked in the warehouse).
There should be no scratches from the kneader at the bottom of the mold (even very small ones, those who see poorly have a magnifying glass). There are zarapins, which means BU! (I saw it in the store myself).
Before buying, download the instructions for the HP you like.Familiarize yourself with at least how to run a program (one of the "breads" and "oven"), write down the numbers of these programs (in different HPs in different ways, but the meaning is the same).
Require HP check. Couriers usually don't like this! (If an online store). They will say that they do not know how to use it. If you do not agree with the check, send them together with HP…. to the store .. Usually works! Plug in. Select a program number from the menu (first for bread). OK. For several minutes (3) the kneader will work in a slow mode (twitching). Then it will switch to fast itself (you will see everything right away). Here, listen carefully, there should be no extraneous sounds (blows, rattling, etc.). No? All right! Turn off. Turn on the oven mode. Ten should be warming up, you will immediately feel warmth. All. Verification is over!
-Buy a kitchen scale.
GOOD LUCK !!!

Yes! Chatterboxes and those who are bored with life! Topic NOT for discussion !!! There is good advice for beginners - lay it out, they will say thank you!

Thank you, many interesting things! Tell me, which one did you choose in the end, if not a secret?

I'm also interested. Maybe I'll buy one too.

And further. Where to read whether it is controlled or not. I'm interested in LG 3001. Can you tell me something about it. Or you will advise another.

tell me how to use le caf BGB 404?
bumer
Maybe the question is off-topic, tell me if it’s more pleasant to eat bread that is made with your own hands, and the costs for all these mixes are high, how difficult it is to prepare sourdough for bread. I saw advertisements on TV, they praised the bread makers, so my wife and I are now thinking about whether to buy or not. Whether it is a worthwhile thing or not, we use it like a juicer in our closet several times a year.

bumer, and what kind of answer do you expect from the site ""?
nut
bumer - I've had a bread maker for 1.5 years, I can't even imagine how I used to do without it SHE does for me all due to its capabilities, which greatly facilitates life in the kitchen - fresh YOURbread is always on the table, and what kind of dough for pies and pastries is just no words, and in berry season - any jam and light jam - this is incomparable pleasure and in general a lot of things - there would be a desire
bumer
ATP for the answer, well now I will probably buy it for sure, I just wanted to hear the answer from the user, and not from the sellers on the TV.

bumer, and I think - the main DESIRE!
If a person does not like to cook, bake, then at least three times "Panasonic" ... will be disappointed ...
And lovers of "kitchen", in a good way, and without HP manage to please loved ones, and enjoy themselves.
And with the BAKERY

Bumer, she herself never dreamed of baking this bread. But after looking at my friends, and most importantly after trying, I realized that I needed it. Since I love all kinds of cereals, with fillers, and they are quite expensive in stores. And the store does not live very long. On March 8, I give my second mother so that I don't carry bread to the dacha in the summer with a stock for a week until the weekend ... And a friend with absolute culinary criticism bakes even then, because she herself is a mathematics teacher and knows how to hang in grams well. And then, for God's sake, she doesn't need to do anything with her own hands ...
And at the cost of mixing - look at any recipe, recalculate the proportions for money and add electricity ... With a 3-tariff meter at night, the oven is generally cool ...

An interesting point, Let's say someone comes to the store, they give him a stove for checking, they unpack it naturally, the buyer doesn't like something - he doesn't buy the stove. I come, they show me this oven, new but unpacked and what to do? That's how many products I looked at (often without buying) - I was also shown the product from the window, and almost always it was already unpacked, that is, it was already shown before me

but I wonder which loaf is better square or rectangular? I just want to bake Easter cakes for Easter, but rectangular cakes will not look very good. what do you advise?

There is a Tefal OW 4002 oven, it has two shapes: rectangular for bread and round for Easter cake.

Do not worry so much about unpacked-packed. All goods when they arrive at the store are checked by the sellers for availability and completeness. And of course, some of the goods are displayed on the windows)))) The goods usually come a couple of times a week and do not stagnate.
But to check whether or not it is, you can look at the warranty card, it should not be filled in, but clean, and it will be filled in with you. Although if the sellers want to shove in non-conformance, believe me, the box will be beautifully sealed and a new guarantee will be found. But it is not profitable for them themselves that you would again drag back, so very bad cases are written off.

Only Panasonic's agitator assembly is changing. You can order and buy through the service

The choice of a bread machine from different points of view (a few notes on the subject).

In terms of family budget:
- if your family budget is full enough, and there is very little free time, then DO NOT suffer, you do not need a bread maker, for your money you will buy any pastries and bread (if you live not far from civilization);
- if your family budget is full enough, and there is a lot of free time, then BUY any, even the most expensive bread maker and bake whatever you want;
- if your family budget is not full enough, but you want a good inexpensive bread, buy a stove at low prices. (The quality of the bread practically does not depend on the price of the oven)

In terms of the taste of bread
- if you do not like the taste of store-bought bread - buy a bread maker according to your budget;

Geographically:
- if in the place of your residence it is bad with the choice and delivery of bread - then you MUST buy a bread maker !! (on budget) And you will have good bread every day!

In terms of the price of a loaf of bread:
- a loaf of good wheat bread will cost you about 30 rubles / kg, however, if you remove the egg from the recipe, replace the milk with water, etc., then you can get 20 rubles / kg
BUT IF YOU INCLUDE THE COST OF THE BREAD IN THE COST OF A BREAD ---
Let's say your oven is guaranteed to last 2 years and you bake 500 rolls in that time.
THEN:
--- if you bought a stove for 2000 rubles, then 2000: 500 = 4 rubles add to the price of each roll
--- if you bought a stove for 5000 rubles, then 5000: 500 = 10 rubles add to the price of each roll
--- if you bought a stove for 8000 rubles, then 8000: 500 = 16 rubles add to the price of each roll
HERE THE CHOICE IS YOURS !!!

In terms of spare parts:
- buckets for bread makers are not standardized, that is, each model has its own size;
- a bucket for expensive models costs 1500 - 1800 rubles (for this money you can buy an inexpensive bread maker) - the choice is yours;

In terms of the number of eaters:
- the optimal family for one bread machine - 2-4 people
- if you are 5-7 people - you may have different tastes, etc.
- if you are 8 or more - you will not have enough bread from one baking

In terms of health:
- you will always have good bread (unless you yourself put some chemicals or nasty things in it);
- NOTE - the freshest bread is HARMFUL !! The BEST option is to bake bread in the evening, after dinner, on a full stomach (so that there is no temptation), the bread will settle overnight, and in the morning you will have excellent bread; (DO NOT worry - your bread is well stored and does not spoil - three days for sure !!!)

Put the program batch and rejoice.

Thank you, it's simple. Previously, I only had Klatronics. They are even simpler.

I already had a bread maker, the cheapest one, it worked out its cost 20 times already, now it is almost broken. Please tell me whether the hooks that knead the dough in expensive models also need to be picked out or do they remain in the bucket?

In the Russian market, only Bork x800 is added or a simple solution is here -
Removing finished bread and scoops from the bread machine
