She did not torment herself or the pastry at night, she removed the paper from the bottom, and, in the hope that in the refrigerator, perhaps, the gingerbread would slightly damp and it would be possible to remove the paper later, she postponed the execution ...
I haven't checked it yet, I'll get to her a little later ...
Thoughts aloud ... yesterday, before baking, I bought a thermometer for the oven, decided to run it in and found a difference in the readings of this thermometer and the numbers on the oven regulator, moreover, at 20-25 degrees, no less ... I put the regulator at 200, I see 170 on the thermometer -180 ... Therefore, I turned the regulator to 230 ... Maybe it got hot ... Maybe the sides are dry and therefore the paper has dried up? ..... If you cannot remove the paper by scrubbing lightly, you will have to trim the edges of the gingerbread and arrange a secret tea party with pieces of paper)))

Both baked goods and bread!
