Simple warm salad

Ingredients

celery root 300gr.
fresh carrots 200gr.
deodorized vegetable oil 3st. l.
salt, ground black pepper to taste, a pinch of ground coriander
sweet and sour apple 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Cut the celery and carrots into thin long strips. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry vegetables until they are slightly crispy. Season with salt, pepper, add spices. Serve the salad warm or cold. You can add grated sweet and sour apple to a cold salad.

Note

Very healthy salad! I love it both warm and cold, as a salad and as an independent dish.
