Multigrain bread "Health"

Ingredients
Wheat flour 480 gr.
Bran different 50 gr.
Flakes of various cereals 50 gr.
Salt 2 h / l
Sugar 2 tbsp / l
Powdered milk 2 tbsp / l
Butter 40 gr.
Egg 2 pcs.
Drinking water 230 ml
Yeast 1 2/3 h / l
Different seeds 8 tbsp / l
Cooking method

The dough is kneaded very thick - I recommend following the kneading process when you first bake this recipe

Cooking program: Basic, size L, medium crust
Note
My favorite option is this:
Bran: 25 gr. wheat bran + 25 gr. rye bran
Cereal flakes: 25 gr. crushed wheat + 25 gr. crushed rye
Seeds: sunflower - 2 tbsp / l, flaxseed 1 tbsp / l, ground flaxseed 1 tbsp / l, pumpkin seed 2 tbsp / l, sesame seeds 2 tbsp / l
And all the time I add one teaspoon of naturine and the "Extra-R" improver - just for the purpose of limeing out their remains. Most likely, everything will work out without them.
