I bought it at the Polyus computer store, on Petrogradka. The price is a little more than 1100 rubles.

You can pour a maximum of 300 ml (there is a max mark), but the container itself is approx. 0.5 l (or slightly more).
Steel glass, made, in my opinion, soundly. I don’t know how long it will work, but the view is quite imaginable! The lid is flimsy, plastic, but it has no special function ... There is only one button - on-off. Heats and whips at the same time to exactly 65 C according to the Gefu thermometer, then he turns off himself. There is no cold whipping and mixing, and I didn't need it. By the way, there is no smell of plastic at all! Neither from the cover nor from the base of the instrument. I specially sniffed at the point of issue, I thought there would be a smell to heaven! )))
The first use met expectations. From 1/3 of a coffee cup of milk (about 40 ml) more than half a glass of foam was whipped (and his glass is half a liter). I haven't tried cocoa yet (we don't use it often). The milk did not stick to the bottom, even though the glass was ordinary steel without any coating. After use, washed off with one movement of the sponge. The whisk is removable, so washing it and the glass is not a problem at all. The handle is foldable - very convenient to hold and store!
That's all for now. I can't recommend it, because there is no use period. Let's see how long it will last, but I liked the beginning.

In mine, there is a non-stick coating, but in the current one, it is not, but I do not think that this is important - we do not cook milk porridge in it !!!
