Girls, it is good to coat potatoes in AG with mayonnaise with spices and more salt. Cut into halves and onto the bottom wire rack. And coat the chicken on medium and also coat with mayonnaise. But this does not mean that AG does not bake, it just blows on top, fries there, the bottom is pale, I don't like it. Maybe the oven just isn't good? For example, I have gas, and as usual, in such ovens the bottom burns, and the top is white. I couldn't do anything there either, I thought it was awkward, and then I bought a baking stone (not something that is sold as a baking stone, it is very expensive, and an unglazed clay tray for a huge flower pot about 30 cm in diameter. I put it on the lower level and everything became just wonderful. I bake bread on it. On the middle level, on a baking sheet, pies, cookies, etc. The bottom does not burn, and the top is ruddy.
