These are all your recipes from the site. Mediterranean tartlets - made as it is written: puff pastry, feta, olives and tomatoes - cherry, only sprinkled on top with ordinary grated maasdam for crust and color, and herbs with basil. Apples in handkerchiefs: I also tried both recipes - with half an apple and a chopped one - I didn't really feel the difference - I put half an apple or chopped into the puff pastry, poured it with honey, and sprinkled it with a mixture of sugar, cinnamon and nuts (chopped in a blender) - flew away in 5 minutes - well, it's incredibly tasty !!! And mackerel: I put a lemon inside, a variety of greens, by the way, if you put MINT - it's very tasty, and spices, smeared a little with mayonnaise, olive oil and a little liquid smoke on top (I put alder sawdust on the bottom - but in my opinion there was no sense from them ). I simply baked one fish, the second in foil, the one that I just liked on the grill more. Everything is very juicy, baked and delicious)
Mona1
Oh, you need to make such apples, and such a seductive fish.
Vega_373
Girls, please tell me: I want to make a pie with chicken and potatoes. Neither the oven (but it is not very good for me - the usual one), nor the old airfryer did the job. The potatoes were completely raw, and the chicken was also - and, accordingly, nothing was baked inside, but the top burned and dried out (((Do you think it makes sense to try again? And if so, at what temperature and speed ???
Grypana
What glorious photo reports

I also like to cook puff pastry in AG, etc. I often buy ready-made dough, any filling or powder - sesame seeds, sugar, powdered sugar .. It turns out great. Bake puffs on the bottom wire rack, 15-20 minutes

please tell me: I want to make a pie with chicken and potatoes.

I think that here it is necessary to cook and fry both chicken and potatoes in advance. As for the potatoes, it must be admitted - AG loves to be boiled. Potatoes are not edible without body movements.

I cooked chicken with vegetables - eggplant, potatoes, bell peppers. I put everything together with the chicken in the bag. After 40 minutes, I cut the bag and left it to sunbathe for 35 minutes for the crust. That's when I liked the vegetables. The potatoes were edible.
And julienne - she put out everything in advance. And mushrooms, and fillets, and onions.

Oh, I want this grill Girls, does it really take up a lot of space? Its size is frightening. But I want
All AGs are bulky, in any case, they require more space than a multicooker or a bread machine. Especially considering that the AG is round. And it cannot be placed under wall cabinets, otherwise the lid will interfere with opening (if it is with a hinged lid, and indeed, when steam and heat are opened, they go to these cabinets, the cabinet may warp, and if with a removable lid, then for her too space is needed, even if there is a stand in the kit and the lid on it clings to the side of the AG, but it also takes up space. so there they are and less to neglect the rest and advantages of a large full-fledged AG.
To tell the truth, if there is absolutely no place at all, then at least I put it on a glazed loggia. But, perhaps not for the autumn-winter period, but when it is warm and dry. And then suddenly there Che rusts.
But the unit is super-duper, I didn’t regret for a minute that I bought it and sent the microwave under the kitchen table to free up space for the new pet.

There is an AG with a bowl of 7 liters, smaller than the usual ones by 12 liters, but you can't do much in those manyupunks, maybe a couple of legs, and they are not so much smaller there, so as to neglect the rest of the advantages of a large full-fledged AG.

I completely agree with Tanya ... 7 liters less AG, BUT ... if you take all the measurements, then in fact it turns out that the difference of several centimeters in the diameter of the AG "eats" actually 5 liters of volume, and as a result it is "cut off" the volume of cooked food .... in principle, if a family of 2 people and cook daily, then it is quite possible to take 7 liters, but if the family is more than 2 and you cook for 2-3 days, then it makes sense in a 7-milliliter AG not at all!
Asya Klyachina
Take a large airfryer for 12 liters and with an additional ring - you will sterilize cans with blanks for the winter. Very comfortably. And meat, minced meat and potatoes in their raw form are never put in pies at all, they will not bake as much as necessary even in the oven. It is always better to fill the pie filling at least halfway into pies. Recently I was too lazy to stew cabbage in pies with meat on the stove, it was finely grated on a Berner grater into crumbs, and then crunched a little in the pies.
Grypana
I saw live AG on 7L, well, it's tiny in a circle, and this is important. I bake on the scale of a multicooker - 6-8 rolls, pies. And just around the circumference, it is precisely the 12l airfryer that fits perfectly. In a 7L loaf of bread only, I guess.
AG is an irreplaceable assistant. In the summer, so as not to drive the whole oven over a trifle, you can perfectly bake something tasty, bake meat, fish, grill vegetables - And in winter this is done too. I do not remember the last time after the appearance of AG I used the oven
Vega_373
I completely agree with everyone! Take the big one. I have a small kitchen - but I found a place - not that much. But there is plenty of pleasure!
Aurina
Girls, thank you all for the feedback! Even more inflamed my passion I will take! If it were not for the microwave, which occupies a large area, but is used only for heating, but is used constantly, I would have taken it for a long time. I will think about where to rearrange, in order to find a permanent place of residence for the airfryer
Oca
Sorry, but your advice is really needed! I need to know what is the optimal volume of cans for preserving juice (so that it boils, and how many cm do not top up, so that it does not run away)? There are vague memories of the described process 20 years ago, they were restored and adapted to electrical engineering. I will harvest grape juice, I understood this: catch up the juice on a juicer, bring it to a boil, in parallel with this in the AG, warm up the lids and jars by + 150 ° so that they do not burst and be without microbes. Pour hot juice into them, cover with "temporary" lids without rubber bands and send them to stand still in the AG. As soon as I see obvious bubbles - you can roll it up. To do this, in a multicooker on a double boiler (program 20 minutes), the lids for seaming must already be prepared. Roll up, turn over and put on the lid, wrap with a blanket.
Explain whether you described the procedure correctly? Can gum be cooked in a double boiler and how do I put them: separately from the lids or immediately put inside?

PS can heat the oven instead of AG? it is more powerful ...
Irma
Wasp, I don't cook lids with rubber bands at all. I pour them in a cup with boiling water and then pull them out with scalded tweezers after a minute and roll them up. I have been doing this for many years now and everything is fine, nothing turns sour and does not explode. Once upon a time I read that the lids inside are covered with something so as not to oxidize and they are not recommended to cook because of this layer, and if they boil, then no more than 5 minutes.
Roza_Irina
And I just fill the lids with boiling water. And I take it out with my hands. She covered the can and rolled it up. In the AG, the first year I was doing conservation. Banks are never pre-sterilized. I cooked jam right in jars, eggplant caviar right in jars, various salads, cucumbers and tomatoes. Everything is fine, although I was also afraid. Thanks to AG, I have closed as many conservation as I have never closed. And thanks to this, I began to love him more.
thet
Hello everyone! Two years ago I wanted an airfryer and bought a Philips airfryer and am very happy. But now it's rolled again, I really want the airfryer. Tell me, is it really possible to preserve and bake without problems, or is it still not so necessary? I don't have an oven now, but in Phillips the volume is still too small for these purposes. I read the topic regularly, but I still can't decide whether it is necessary and if necessary, then all the same with a halogen or ten? Help pliz!
Roza_Irina
I can vouch for conservation. It turns out much faster and safer than sterilizing in a bowl of water. All conservation is worthwhile, does not grow cloudy, does not swell, does not explode. Now, while preserving cucumbers, I do not drain the marinade 2 times, but poured it once, sterilized it for 20 minutes and rolled it up. I have an AG with a bracket, a maximum 1 liter can is placed. If you need a 3 liter one, you need to buy with a removable lid and two expansion rings.
I also make shish kebab, chicken. I honestly took fries for fries, it’s exactly what I’m not doing well. And even almost brought him back. But after the conservation, I started to respect him.
As for baking, the girls can tell you, I know what they bake, but special forms are needed and cover the top first. I have not tried it, I bake in a multicooker, a bread maker and an oven.

Rose Irina !!! Thanks for the quick response! : rose: Tell me please - does your AG have a ten or a halogen? And is it worth it to dwell on this? I plan to canned and bake. With a heating element, our Hotters are quite expensive, but with a halogen I found a Supra for 1500 rubles.
Grypana
Do not bother about teng, halogen. Take any. AG are all with the same function. Everyone will do everything to you in the best possible way. Here the girls bake and fry and soar in halogens and ten
Roza_Irina
I have a shadow hotter. I won't say anything about the halogen.

found Supra for 1,500 rubles.
I have a halogen Supra, I cook a large chicken "sitting" with a ring - it roasts in 45-50 minutes, no more. It is temporarily written off for rest, because at the second AG the heating element is located slightly higher and the chicken stand becomes perfect. It seems that the heating element is a little faster, but everything is individual: for some, the bread does not brown for toast in 5 minutes, for others the AG does it at once It seems that the lamp fries more on top, and gives less heat on the sides Giraffes halogen, has been plowing daily for over 2 years
I just found my very first cooking experience in Supra: 15 minutes and 40 minutes after turning on, I was afraid that it would not fry, in general, the onions burned out and the meat was dry:

Plows the wrong word, my hard worker. I'm not overjoyed. During the week, the contact was bad and burned out, so I had to bake in the oven ... the husband did not have time to appear at home, when he was immediately sent to repair. It's good that everything you needed was at hand. Directly I connected a new wire and I am happy ...

Thanks everyone for the answers and advice. Today I decidedly went and bought a Supra. And she also turned out to be with a heating element - a surprise !!! I just wanted more with ten, so I rushed between Hotter and cheaper ones. Hotter went to buy but the cheapest model for 5200 was not, but for 8t. _ this is too much. So now I am also with AG. I will gradually master. And immediately a question to Rosa Irina-please share exactly how you make the blanks in the AG, the process itself. I looked in the internet but didn't really understand anything.
Oca
Irma, Roza_Irina We rolled up the juice, it costs six hours ... let's see what happens next. I did this: banks - in the AG (first at +200, then reduced to +150, because it boils a lot when pouring), juice - in a cartoon, lids on a double boiler in the second cartoon. I poured the boiled juice into the jar and quickly covered it with a lid, did not send it back to AG.
Roza_Irina
Teth covered cucumbers. I put the cucumbers with all the spices in jars, did not sterilize the jars beforehand, poured salt and sugar into the jars, then poured boiling water and into the airfryer for 260 * for 20 minutes, covering them with lids, without rubber bands (I have duty lids), I did not preheat the AG. Then she took it out with forceps with AG, added vinegar and rolled it up with other pre-sterilized lids. There were other recipes when I already poured a marinade of salt, sugar and vinegar and also for 20 minutes at 260 * in AG. She also made tomatoes. I also made eggplant caviar, here I put it for 15 minutes 260 * and for 30 minutes 150 *, but everything was raw, it was cooked right in cans. Just like the caviar made jam, twisted it through a meat grinder, added sugar and raw to the jars, but you need to pour it not up to the top (along the skirt), when cooking the jam increases in volume. I already take any recipes from the Internet and, roughly focusing on time, close them in AG. Everything is in the closet in the apartment, nothing has grown cloudy, nothing swollen. What I can not brag about when I canned it before. Try multiple jars if you're afraid. I was also afraid, but now I am sure that everything will stand.

Osa-Maria: rose: Rose Irina: rose: Thank you for your support - I hope the fear will pass and everything will work out. I never make blanks - I think it will be a pleasure with AG. Yesterday, while walking around Slando, I got to an advertisement for the sale of an airfryer of the same model as mine for 8000 tenge (we have new ones from 20.000). During the negotiations it turned out that it was presented 3 years ago for a wedding, it was used by force 10 times , did not like it and takes a lot of metsa. In the course of negotiations, I reduced the price to 7,000 (there is no longer a guarantee) The package includes 2 grates, a steamer, a rice cooker (suitable for baking) with a lid, a device for toasting and cooking eggs, skewers and a grill chicken attachment. My package did not include a rice cooker, a toaster and one wire rack.
In general, it remained to receive the good of her husband, mother and daughter did not even doubt the need to purchase at such a price. The husband agreed. All the negotiations before that I was in correspondence, but then I called and it so happened that it looked like another person was interested. And the price obtained as a result of negotiations, which is most interesting, has already been included in the announcement. Let's go and on the way I decided that I continue to play a new person. They showed me, told me, and along the way, I even reduced the price to 6000.
To a quite reasonable question, why do I need a second AG, when people say about the first one in doubt

Mine, in February, was already in its fourth year. A spare will not hurt

b) my son is in his twentieth year, he is getting married, I will give him to the kitchen. Or daughter

c) yes, for that kind of money, it's a sin not to take it even as additional extras and a spare flask. Our grate costs 1,500, I don’t know how much a rice cooker, because I didn’t see it.
d) There are situations when one is not enough

After all, I bought the second cartoon in the same way almost, just did not bargain. With a price of 15,000-17,000 for a new one, I bought a used one for 5,000. And even if without a guarantee, so is the panasonic. And it has been working for three years already, and maybe more. We must look when I bought my first one according to the documents.
And if I also come across a bread maker, then I will definitely buy (Panasonic)

And they had a place in the kitchen for the AG, it was just that people did not want to, apparently, delve into the cooking process.

Congratulations on your purchase! I would have bought Panaska for such a price, if she was the second or third cartoon. Asking "why the second?" I won't, I know myself. When they rolled up the juice, the second AG helped a lot, they only managed to pull out the cans from both. The second flask will never hurt, in case you drop the first. If now I found with a metal pan no more than 1 ton. r., would buy the third AG

Here are my first jars, all thanks to this forum For some reason, in high containers, juice on top, pulp on the bottom, and in jars - vice versa.

By the way, yes, in terms of the currency ratio, I think offhand 1: 5, that is, 6000 of ours is 1200 Russian rubles.
Once I already told my friends that I would buy a third cartoon for that kind of money. There are two children. Mom, too, the second will not be superfluous, we will find where to apply It would be from what to cook.

Tanya, tell us at what temperature and how long did you cook? Was the cupcake covered? Very curious to try.
You can also recipe for the cupcake itself.
Giraffe
The recipe is very simple Cupcake "Cheaper" (no eggs)
She covered the form with a lid going to it. First I baked at 205 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduced it to 180 and another 15-20 minutes, I don't remember exactly, I just looked at it and turned it off. We have problems with the voltage in the network, so I can't tell the exact time. It got colder today, so people turned on the heaters and the voltage was lower than they would like.
Roza_Irina
Thanks for the recipe, interesting to try.
Tanyusha, how much did you keep under the covered lid? And what other grate did you bake on?

With a lid from beginning to end without removing. On the bottom grill with an expansion ring.

The airfryer is following me right now.
I tell you, today in the morning I was impatient to buy AG, straight, something hit in the head, spent half a day on the Internet, collecting information. And as luck would have it, there is a libertonchik 03 with a heating element.
I barely persuaded myself not to buy it, because recently I bought a miracle grill gas and there is an electric oven with a grill.
I come home, I go to the HP, I received a notification from this topic, although I have never "shone" with my writing here. Then in a parallel topic Natalya-Grypana, talks about barbecue from AG.
This is what the "sign" is for me, like, I need to buy! Directly some kind of obsession.
I don’t want to duplicate the same process using different techniques. Or maybe AG can do something like that (except for the whole chicken, for me it doesn't matter, I can do it in pieces), which a miracle grill or an oven with a grill won't cope with.

There is nothing in it that a normal oven with a grill cannot.

I have such an AG, black. And on the contrary, the official representative offered me purple, waited until black appeared. What can I say, I took it for the sake of French fries, I can't do it. It turns out chicken and barbecue (in winter it is very important, as if you have visited the country). And I started to respect my AG in the summer, when the conservation began. Cucumbers, tomatoes, salads, jam right in the jars. It all works out and doesn't explode. Only 0.5 and 1 liters can be made, for 3 liters you need to take with a removable lid.

Albinka, you don't need him. You have a wonderful frying pan. Cope with meat better.

I often bake in AG - rolls, cookies, puffs, pies. Almost every day. Now the bread maker has barked, and I also bake bread in the AG. I hardly use the oven. If you are a fan of small baking, then you can.
I make crackers, again not on a grand scale.
I bake the chicken for a long time, in the sleeve.

The kebabs left me marinated from nature, and my soul demanded the continuation of the banquet, so it started up in AG. Especially, in AG I do not barbecue.

You can cook porridge, soups. I pampered myself, but in a pressure cooker, a slow cooker is better.

Albin, believe me, he is not aaaaa to you. You will play enough quickly.
