After kneading and proofing, the dough turned out to be very soft, elastic, easily rolled out, absolutely did not stick either to the hands or to the table, and did not add a gram of flour. She baked for 45 minutes, then turned the buns white side down and set for another 20 minutes. It tastes like a delicate pastry! Now I will experiment with the filling!
