This is somehow doubtful for me ... It can be explained by different conditions for each cooking, but you cannot ensure exactly the same preparation of the same dish. Although I admit, anything can be. I haven’t watched the pressure cooker so closely in different modes.

I have a different pressure cooker, but since the principle is the same, I think that in Skarlush this time will be enough for the eyes. You can even start with 5 minutes - if the vegetables turn out to be damp, add another minute or two, the hot pressure cooker will quickly gain re-pressure.

Leaven

Sugar - 1.5 tsp.
Yeast - 0.5 tsp.

The sourdough should be prepared in a large, non-metallic, wide bowl. Mix all ingredients until smooth and place in a warm place to ripen. Fermentation time 18 hours. Stir every three hours. At night, I did not stir the fermentation that had fallen on. Then, however, because of this, a crust formed, but it dissolved during storage. Store the prepared starter in the refrigerator.
I knead in HP on the "dough" mode - this is kneading and proofing for 40 minutes.Then I knead the dough, transfer it to the CB, let it come up a bit and "bake" by default for 30 minutes, then browned for another 10 minutes in the AG.
