Thank you, boom to try.

Girls, I report, until thick foam until no dances with tambourines help (that is, there is a lot of it, but there is no way to eat with a spoon), well, figs with it. But yesterday I made very tasty pumpkin pancakes, baked a pumpkin, made a mashed potato mash from it, beat 2 squirrels (with bamiks, whipped with a bang), added yolks to the pumpkin, grinded a piece of bread and cheese (parmesan) on a mill from bamisk, mixed everything, salt and pepper , garlic (in the same place in the mill), formed cutlets, rolling in ready-made crackers (I take Japanese bread crumbs), the cutlets turned out to be the most tender. I made a tahini sauce for them, chopped greens in a mill, (cut finely, but not with porridge) and mixed a semi-finished tahini product, water, salt, grass and juice of one lemon with a round disc with holes. And in between, I made coconut cookies, beat the eggs with bamix, put pieces of butter there and beat it again, and then added the dry ingredients. I also ground some white chocolate there, it fits very well there. In general, I am very happy. While I ordered a knife for meat and vegetables (I was making gazpacho, but something seemed a bit rough to me, maybe this knife will be more single-edged), I haven't decided on a slice yet, a combine with graters in a window is available (it's on the tabletop), so I'm thinking for now. Thank you to everyone who gave advice and prompted me to make this decision. I only regret that a year and a half ago I bought a kenwood (also not cheap), with which I suffered and it still burned out (his mount was very weak, his leg flew out periodically during work)
Manna
AlychaApparently, you have some very special milk there
And why a pumpkin with a potato grinder, and not a universal bamix attachment?
Alycha
I just like more pumpkin pancakes when the puree is rough, but maybe these are my cockroaches

Hello everyone :) Bamix users - tell me - can any other device besides bamix whip milk into a strong foam. I really like his ability, but that's why buying such an expensive blender somehow ... a toad ... Or does it have other exclusive features?
Elena Tim
It seems that Shteba also whips milk.

Beats and very well, this is the most common French press.
A few strokes of the piston, and a gorgeous foam in your glass. If you need hot froth, heat the whipped froth in a micron, but take the dishes immediately with a supply, otherwise the froth may run away like ordinary milk.
Masinen
Margarita, but I didn’t work with a French press, because the foam quickly settles.
In short, I did not like it)

As an alternative to bamix, you can buy a Steba blender.
thet
Thanks for the answers: rose: I'll see the staff.
Margit
Masinen, strange ... it never settled for me, moreover, heating it up in a micra, I painted latte art with it. Recently we were visiting friends, whipped up milk in a French press, warmed it up and drew a rosette on ordinary instant coffee with this foam. The foam lasted until the last sip of coffee.
thet, and you try, you will lose quite a bit
Masinen
Margit, maybe I did something wrong.
And I have an expensive French press Bodrum.
It is worth gathering dust idle.
And bamix is just super foam to do)
But now I have stopped drinking coffee, so the foam is not relevant to me)))
cinnamonik
covered all 39 pages ... phew.
and only I decided that I was just taking a blender without slices and other things, since I plan to buy a separate food processor later, so the message “buy a super box!”
Masinen
cinnamonik, right, you have to take super boxing. It has everything at once!
cinnamonik
Masinen, well, vooot, I just plan to take the food processor anyway, I would not want to duplicate functions. but I rush about "what if I don't take it, but I just need it!" although the price of the superbox is very tasty compared to the prices mentioned in the thread.
Masinen
cinnamonik, if you buy a processor separately, then maybe you should take only the blender itself.
cinnamonik
Masinen, they bought the same husband said to take boxing, but the box was not found in the store in the warehouse, it remained either to take an exhibition one, or Swissline and spicy separately. it turned out more expensive and less glasses.
in the end, we took the swissline red, if I'm not mistaken, how will I test it on a milkshake right now
Masinen
cinnamonik, Congratulations! You did it right, otherwise you will regret not buying everything at once!
Yes, I have red.

Girls, tell me, please, what are you making the soup-puree - with a multifunctional nozzle, all the same lumps !!! Has anyone ever tried to sharpen knives from bamix? I got the impression that all the bamix problems with grinding are in an absolutely dull multifunctional knife. I want to take it to the service, but I'm afraid to ruin it.
Manna
I cook mashed potatoes (any fruit, berry, puree soup ...) with a universal attachment. No lumps. All knives, except for meat, are blunt and do not need to be sharpened. If this is a puree soup, dip the blender closer to the bottom and grind, practically without making any more movements. But if this mashed potatoes are thick, you will have to stir with your "foot" what you are trying to turn into mashed potatoes.

Today I made vegetable soup: onions, carrots, beets, peppers, tomatoes - there is no question of any mashed potatoes compared to soup from a stationary blender, the mass is not smooth, but in continuous lumps, beat for about a minute. How long does it take you to make a vegetable puree soup?
Manna
What time is it ... well, I don't know ... never timed a couple of minutes, I guess

My daughter is not happy with the blender. He says he doesn't need any purchased baby food. She herself makes from vegetables and grinds them with Bamiks into a homogeneous creamy mass. Once I tried mashed potatoes with only broccoli and a little vegetable oil. Simply exquisite taste!

That would be more specific about what nozzle and how many minutes, otherwise it is very difficult to understand, and what kind of puree soup is the norm for you. For now, I rather tolerate bamix, because everything it does is very long and not always effective,
Mirabel
It was necessary for me to come here: crazy: Another headache! I already wanted to order Ken .. and then Bamix fell on his head
Owner girls! Say, a card attachment. do you have mashed potatoes? And can you make some dough in it (or them)?

You need to get used to the device. I, too, did not succeed the first time.

Vic, no attachment. But I made mashed potatoes, but you need to be very careful, otherwise you will get a paste)

With this nozzle in a tall glass. It turns out puree like a cream without any lumps.

More convenient than a blender has not yet been produced = quality + not an exorbitant price + not China + many functions + read the topic, there are many statements of this kind - do not hear, hear us, who managed to manage

Vikul, mashed potatoes can only be a small portion. There is no special attachment for this. You can easily get a paste. I do not use them (I have two) for these purposes.
And what dough do you mean? Liquid easily. Cupcake too. A classic biscuit ... you need to beat the eggs very quickly and carefully so as not to overbeat - well, it came out very badly for me (when I did). Shortbread ... a bit hard for mine (maybe the power is not enough), I feel sorry for using them for such a dough, although at first I whipped the shortbread.
Mirabel
Manna, Mannochka! Thanks for the clarifications!
For shortcrust pastry I meant. do not beat, but simply mix without "banging".
IrinaIsn't the price exorbitant? More than 300 euros, in my opinion it is not very budgetary. But it is likely. that he is worth it.
I also wanted to ask, is there an additional slice boxing needed, if there are 2 vents-Phil and Mulinex
Manna

I began to knead shortbread in a bread maker - I like it more.

Mirabel
Manna, Yes??? Shortbread in a bread maker? I will definitely try!
Well, it means I don't need boxing and the blender will be cheaper.
I'll think...
Manna
Vikul, Shtaba also has a similar blender, it is much cheaper.
Mirabel
Manna, Thank you, Mannochka! Study it too, but there are probably fewer functions.

girls, but tell me, please, why is the external "bowl" removed in the processor (black in the picture) and can the inside with a knife be washed in the dishwasher?

Manna, Just got to the computer!
it's very cool that everything is the same, but the price is lower. especially since I don't need cutters.
I will go and study the relevant topic

Why pour into a tall glass? After all, a submersible blender is needed so that nothing is poured anywhere, by the way, today I have mashed such a soup again for three minutes, but the effect is the same - there was no mashed potatoes, or rather no homogeneous mass - even long fibers were present. Pureed with a multifunctional nozzle.

As far as I understand, those who write that everything is super either resigned themselves to such a "crushing", or are promoting this product for other reasons. Everything in this super mixer suits me, except for soups - puree and minced meat, or rather its absolute absence - this device does not work with meat.
Cifra
d_n_a, and what are you trying to make mashed potatoes from?
I most often eat pumpkin soup from such soups, there are no problems with it, the puree is absolutely smooth. I puree in a saucepan, but a small portion (maybe it matters?)
What is in your soup? If you share the composition, I will try it in the coming days.
Upd: found on the previous page. Tomorrow I planned to use champignon cream, I'll try with it. And then yours, only without the beets.

Thank you, I will wait for the result.

I also agree with this. In large quantities, for example squash caviar, it is impossible to achieve a smooth puree with one nozzle. I had to change the attachments several times, first the knife, then the aforementioned attachment and the third one for puree. Taking into account the fact that the replacement of nozzles in this mixer is not very convenient, you have to wash the mixer every time. And in order to make a tomato sauce for lecho, I first passed it through a nozzle with Kenwood cubes and only after that I used a mixer.
And I bought it solely because of meat, but, alas .. I have to use the old Krups mill.
I would be grateful if someone advised a submersible mixer for minced meat ...

I decided to buy this blender for my wife, someone bought it on this site 🔗 ? The price is good, but suspiciously low.

Masha, in a glass. Sometimes I need a turkey for meatballs for the baby. I didn't buy a processor.
Simply, when a little and you need it quickly, it is more convenient, of course, with a mixer. I have an old, Polish mixer in my dacha, so there is a super knife attachment ... But I just can't find it home ..
Manna
Girls, I think the meat attachment is for cooked meat, not raw. Although I have never used this attachment myself. I grind the minced meat in Kenwood, which has four knives. It seems to me that submersibles are not intended for this.
d_n_a
I tried to grind the meat in slices and in the processor, the result was not pleasing, I put it down a little bit, but I got something inhomogeneous, and if the lard cutter got in, it just remained a piece. How do you bring adjika to such a homogeneous state? Can the sequence of actions, those of the tips, and the time cost?
Manna
Quote: d_n_a

I use an exclusively universal attachment and nothing else. I never know the time. And it depends on the volume. During the harvesting period, I purée three liters for 3-5 minutes somewhere. Then I let the bamix cool down and a new batch. First, I put a part of the blanched pepper with all the greens, garlic and hot pepper, grind it all, and then I put the rest of the blanched pepper and bring it to homogeneity. If you puree the entire volume at once, then grains of garlic or hot pepper may come across - for an amateur
d_n_a
Now I am making plastic marmalade from apples, apples need to be pureed with a submersible blender, first I pureed with a multifunctional nozzle, and then with a disc with holes. The apple skins filled all the holes. The mass turned out to be breathtaking, but apple skins are present. Kenwood wouldn't have it. There were no others, so I don't know how with others.
Manna
Quote: d_n_a
Apple skins hammered all the holes
The apples must be peeled. The mass is airy and without an emulsifying disc, only a universal nozzle.
