I have a bamix for 5 years, but I use it very rarely. And my attitude towards him is controversial. I could not beat the whites on the meringue, until I beat it with a mixer. Mashed potatoes, they are also told not very much how the paste turns out. The grinder is small and not super-duper straight, sugar does not hit the powder, although the stationary brown also could not grind it into fine powder. The SliceSy block seems to be well thought out and without pretensions. Grated carrots, cheese, chopped boiled chicken breast into mashed potatoes, the result is good, as probably other attachments for such blenders. I have never heard that something in the SliceSy attachment breaks inside, like in other blenders, the gear transmitting force often breaks, which thread inside the lid. and a new attachment like this costs half or all of the blender and the new attachment will also break more. I really like the solution with attachments, namely the fact that they take up little space, unlike a separate whisk and stirrer in other blenders. I also like the open type of legs, while others have more closed attachments at the attachment point. I made the puree soup hot right in the pan - I liked the result, but it seems to me that any blender would have the same result. The universal attachment migrated from stationary blenders and copes perfectly, but I did not use the cutting attachment, I made meat in the slice, and the vegetables are interrupted by the universal one. In general, as a blender, he is good, but 23 thousand for a superbox is unreasonably expensive. 12 thousand per leg with 4 attachments and small. a chopper is normal, provided that a bosch or any other good one costs 7-8 thousand. I don’t know about the power and the motor, there is also an AC motor in the submersible kenwood, but there is speed control. It will be necessary to measure how much bamix consumes in general. Regarding the fact that everyone is delighted with him, well, I think that this is as usual: people deceive themselves and want to justify such an expensive purchase. My attitude is that this is just a quality blender for a price higher than it really costs. Maybe I'm wrong and the price is based on a huge work of engineers who invented it a few years ago and are still paying with them. Now there are many similar blenders on the market, for example Bork, which I do not like for the fact that it inflates the prices of products that it takes in other markets. The Bork B781 is very similar to the Turmix A31173 and they also have a "patented" whisk disc. If you want the same blender as bamix, then the Esge M200 Superbox for 250 euros with delivery to Moscow is probably a great option. You can purchase an ESGE 7040 knife attachment for 10 euros. these are the prices of a famous German site. The UNOLD 6500 slice attachment costs up to 4 tons. if I wanted to buy a Bamix now, I would buy an ESGE Zauberette.

Well, in fairness, proteins are not whipped with a blender. Just because most blenders have a whisk does not mean that the motor + whisk combination is a blender and not a mixer.

Experience in owning De Luxe bamix - 5 years. Now I can say the following ... All bamixes with a power of less than 200 W (Mono, Classic, De Luxe) are half-toys for whipping milk, making pesto, mayonnaise, grinding a small amount of something in a mill. I bought myself a separate Bamix SliceSy device - my De Luxe does not pull it properly in terms of power ...
Therefore, advice: to avoid disappointment later, take a model with a power of 200 W (Swiss Line, Superbox), and more (Gastro 350).
And so - the mixer, of course, is excellent !!! I only regret that I did not take the more powerful model right away ...

Esge - this is Bamix - are made in the same factory in Switzerland. Bamix is manufactured by Esge AG.Externally, the brands' models may differ slightly, but the filling and components are the same ...

I have a 200W model, recently, but until I understood what I was paying that kind of money for ... I am not comfortable that the "leg" cannot be removed, and it tastes too short. Here I made pesto, at first I tried to grind the nuts with bamix - something did not work, I poured it into a pro-Ficuk grinder, 20 seconds and the nuts turned into a fat paste ... Milk beats ... but the French press does it better. In general, I'll see more ... but the idea has already appeared to sell, or just buy an ordinary Brown or Philips more powerful, and leave this one to my husband to grind berries
Kapet
Mandraik Ludmila, it's a matter of habit ...
The fact that the leg is not removed - I see no problem. On the contrary, - here the design is so simple that there is almost nothing to break, - the AC motor on the shaft itself - which could be more reliable. It feels like, after 5 years of operation, that my De Luxe will live for another 25 years without problems ...

or just buy a regular Brown or Philips more powerful
Do not forget that 200 W for bamix is 800-1000 W for Brown or Phillips. Bamix indicates honest power, while Brown or Phillips indicate bullwatts, marketing problems. This is their peak power when the shaft is jammed. Information about this in the internet is full ...

Constantin, it is not convenient for me to wash my leg right with the body. In the old one, it is still alive, you whip mayonnaise, you can interrupt at any time, unfasten your leg, leaving it in the container, put the body aside, go for something, something that you forgot .. And here you have to put everything on the table, put it under your foot a saucer so that the table doesn't get dirty, extra dishes for washing ... Well, these are my feelings ...

Bamix has simplified the sink to the limit. After work, I put my foot with a nozzle into a liter jar of water, - bzhzhzhik, and everything is clean, - disconnected from the network, removed the nozzle, hung it in place. You can lower it together with the body, but so that the water does not reach the buttons.

Yes, - this is a job that requires self-denial - put the bamix on a plate ... It seems, according to the description, that you constantly forget to prepare something for mayonnaise ... But rinsing the plate if you forgot something is also a problem?
Shl. For models with detachable legs, the number of fastening / unfastening cycles of prostheses, as shown by the statistics on repairs, is rather limited. That is, this is their weakest point ...

Constantin,

I make mayonnaise often, but my memory is maiden, and it's not only about mayonnaise, when the volumes are large, the same should be done in portions, putting the whole aside. And with washing - yes, everything is not so simple in our village, there is no centralized water supply system, rainwater, which I love very much, it is very soft, I have to carry it in buckets from barrels, so we count every ml, besides, I warm it up in a kettle or on the stove, we have a boiler not an option with our networks, but to put a gas water heater on until my husband can, with its installation is not so simple, and we carry gas in cylinders, we do not have a gas pipeline in our village and I think with our there will be no life, and this is 70 km from St. Petersburg. And even though there is a dishwasher, while you save up ... it's better not to dirty too much.In general, this is possible, personally my troubles ...

mamusi
People, what a CONTENT conversation you have about mayonnaise! Be it wrong!
Lyudochka, but why do you need him?

Harmful, wild and ... I don’t understand what’s all about him? You helpful trying to eat, no? So damn it, this mayonnaise.
Do as I do (with a spoon))) sour cream + mustard + a spoonful of olive oil + salt + a spoonful of lemon juice. Not a single person in my salads has yet distinguished THAT mayonnaise!
I am NOT going to make "real" mayonnaise ever! This is not like DOGMA, people, do not count it as an offense! Not at all, so simple IMHO.

Oops ... I did not take into account such nuances in the area designated under the nickname "From: St. Petersburg and the surrounding area." Sorry ...
Mandraik Ludmila
Ritochka,

so I don't eat myself, my husband can't live without him, but it's better to own one than to buy something, he loves everything fatty, in the morning to wrap oatmeal with cod liver - for him it is dumb, but I look at I already have a "liver freeze" And he does not have excess weight, work in the fresh air in the village apparently picks up everything. We have "separate" meals

Konstantin, mainly in the vicinity, to St. Petersburg once a week or less
mamusi
Mandraik Ludmila, That's right, Lyud, you write!)))

Separate !!! But my husband doesn't eat mayonnaise either. For the rest ... of course.

I have a Panasonic blender leg. I'm glad. Pates with a bang! Puree soups. Detachable by twist, easy to clean. I won't trade it.

Explain on a more "technical" level, "honest-dishonest" is somehow unconvincing. I'm not making jokes, but really want to understand, because I'm just facing the choice of Bamix 200-350 or Braun 1000 or Krups 1200. I'm mainly interested in pate of the finest consistency. Bosch 87XX - the reducer has melted on the third pate of the shredder, but the leg simply does not give the desired consistency. So I am racking my brains about Bamix, otherwise I can spit and buy a stationary RawMid Samurai - I suppose it is easy to put nails into pate ...

By the way, a question to all experienced ones, in particular to Doxy and Admin (you have seen you often make pates) - for meat and liver thin pathes - Bamix or go to a stationary area. Small volume - 1-1.5 kg.

I agree with Cifra, there is nothing better than stationary grinding machines! I grind even small volumes in a stationary blender. I have an old, but very powerful glass tefal jug, all the pates and cream-puree soups are only in it - the consistency is perfect (I don't like graininess)! Ideally, it is desirable to have both a hand mixer and a stationary mixer. Because what a hand mixer can do, for example, stir up a puree soup right in a hot saucepan gurgling on a fire, will not do a stationary one. Conversely, handling large volumes is much easier and faster with a stationary mixer ...

The Bamix brand owes its resounding name to the innovative engineer Rogé Perinjacă, who reflected in the name the main purpose of his invention - "whip" and "mix" (from the French words "battre" and "mixer").
That is, grinding is not the main function of Bamix hand mixers, although they do a good job with this too ...

Zepter is an iron brand and does not invent electrical appliances. He once bought a license from Bamix to make their clones under the brand name Zepter Mixsy, which are made in South Korea. However, I must admit - the clone is very, very successful ... Perhaps the licensor (ESGE) makes sure that his clone does not drop its face into the dust in quality ...

I totally agree! In my "stable" there is a full range of kitchen mechanisms, each used for its intended purpose. But puree soup, cream soup, sauces and pâtés become the desired consistency only after grinding in a stationary blender. Crushed with bamix, they remain grainy, which negatively affects the taste. My bamix was in a gurgling saucepan once this year - I broke tomatoes for trade winds before rubbing))
Five (or six) years after buying the bamix, I can say with confidence that for my needs it was possible to buy a simpler "leg" ...
Irgata
My Deluxe just often works in large and hot volumes - to break boiled vegetables into ketchup or sauce, boiled or baked apples into jam. Components for jellied meat, liver pate, everything hot and in dishes where it is boiled, stewed, baked.
Usually either in a 5 or 8 L saucepan, or in a 4.5 L or 6.5 L slow cooker bowl. Moreover, in a saucepan of 8 liters, the bamix is immersed in the hot brew for a third of the body and standard.
Well, mashed potatoes, of course, are usually cooked in a small cartoon.
Pumpkin puree or juice is also conveniently bamiks, right in the pan, as the pumpkin is boiled.
4-clap knife breaks everything smoothly.
since 2011 bamixit, during the harvesting period - for me - is indispensable precisely as a submersible powerful blender.
You do not need to cool when transferring, if the stationary blender is plastic, you do not need to use additional containers, where you cook, you blender there.

Hello! I also look at the M350.
There is practically no information on it on the network. Attracts more power = more resource (IMHO).
I was going to take it, but I drew attention to those. specifications. Models with power
350 W rpm 18.000 - 22.000
200 W revolutions 12.000 - 17.000 (also with M 180 Jubiläum, if not a typo in the catalog)
180 W rpm 11.500 - 16.000
160 W rpm 11.000 - 15.000
140 W rpm 10.000 - 14.000
120 W rpm 7.000 - 10.000
Actually, the question. The 350 has a higher first speed than the others. Knowing that whipping the protein should be done at the first speed, the conclusion suggests itself that it is impossible to implement this function in a high-quality performance. I understand that there is hardly a user with two different blenders who could answer this question or give a recommendation. Therefore, I ask the users of the thread to express their opinion on this situation. Thank you
Kapet
seaman2, indeed, - Gastro 350W-Pro-3 from bamix is the most powerful and "mad" in terms of speed. Begin to beat the egg whites with a fork or whisk. And when the foam appears, finish this business with such a bamix, at first speed.

It is convenient to wash and do, but I didn't really like how he chopped the garlic there. You have to be very persistent so that the garlic chops well even in a mixture of oil and vinegar.
