Chicken in sour cream sauce with mushrooms

Ingredients

Chicken or parts thereof 1 kg
sour cream 20% 300g
boiled forest mushrooms 200g
medium tomatoes 2 pcs
spice
garlic 2 teeth
vegetable oil
salt
sugar
pepper
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Fry the chicken in a pan until golden brown, transfer to a saucepan. Fry the mushrooms. Make a cross-shaped incision on the tomatoes, scald with boiling water, remove the skin, chop finely and add to the mushrooms, simmer for 5-10 minutes. Mix sour cream with boiling water and pour over the mushrooms. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Then pour the resulting sauce over the chicken, put the pan on the fire. Salt, add sugar to taste, your favorite spices (I added only 5 pieces of black peppercorns). Add the crushed garlic 5 minutes before the end of the stewing.
