Oh, it really smells, I hear! And the husband thinks that the HP is dimensionless, and three breads are possible .. Although yes, it is possible, I really only put them in three forms, but I think that you can bake, just put less dough in the bottom, so that the upper forms do not stick

Mona1, Thank you! The bread is just insanely delicious and keeps its crispiness for a long time, unlike baked in a bucket. Tomorrow I will try half-baked.

I got infected too. Now I bake bread in the form of L7 in Panasonic.
I kneaded it with my hands on 300 g of flour, baked in the oven with the light on. And I sit and nervously "smoke", I know how long to bake, I put it on baking for 1 hour. But I think that it will be a lot, my hands are itching to peep, but I will fight !!! What if it falls down and ruins everything.

The girls want to share my joy, today my baguette case came with a shipment from Krasnodar, it cost 650 rubles, I don't know a lot or a little, I'm very happy!

The only thing I do not understand is the share of what is the hook?

Hello.
Can you tell me, do you use Panasonic to bake your baguettes with the Moulinex baguette holder?
What programs do you use for kneading and baking?
Thank you.

Hello girls.
Help the peasant baker
Bread maker Panasonic 2502, I've been baking bread for two years now, everything is fine - both wheat and rye, etc.
No, I decided to complicate my life - to bake baguettes, I bought a baguette holder from Moulinex.
It's already the third run, but I didn't manage to get normal baguettes - either hard, then clogged, etc.
Used the program "Pelmeni" for kneading and "Baking"
Tell me the recipe and procedure.
Thanks in advance.
Loksa
Andrei, and you read the baguette recipes on the site. There are also tricks of molding and baking at high temperatures. It seems to me that the baguettes in a bread machine are not baguette, how can you create a high temperature there so that the dough explodes?
I have the same stove as yours. But I didn't bake baguettes in it, maybe those who have experience will write.
havruk
I read the trick of molding, the form is obtained.
But somehow it turns out, looking at the exhibited photo.

Andrei, I baked baguettes in Panas. On page 9 of the topic there are my reports. It didn't take root. The baguette holder lives in the closet without a break. I bake baguettes in the oven.
Try to find recipes for Moulinex, from which the baguette maker might work.

Girls, please tell me this form:

Bread pan, without lid, 0.7 kg
Country of origin: Ukraine
Brand: BIOL
Size: 12 × 11 × 22cm
Material: aluminum
Certificate: PCT
Weight: 350g

Is she L7? and BIOL is a normal manufacturer? I want to bake bread of the usual shape and size)))
marinastom
Irish, I have not, but, it seems, the Biol girls were praising. Happy bread!

Marina, Hi! And I bake baguettes periodically. Your bread molds are also idle or what? I only in L7, but in L10 (a little less than L7), and I bake, in a bucket of hp I only knead, and for a long time. The hp bucket is like new. And the shape of the bread - just like a brick. This is all:

This is a sourdough hop bread baked in Panasonic. I switched from yeast bread to sourdough bread. Very happy!

Hello.
Share the recipe for baguettes and the procedure, otherwise I'm afraid that the baguette case will also go to the pantry.
Thank you in advance.

Good afternoon, my uniform has arrived at last. I thought I ordered L-7, but L-10 came (it is the same as L-7, but 5 mm less on each side.)
I want to clarify. I put the bread maker on program 1, after the second kneading I unplug the plug from the network, transfer the dough to the mold, plug the HP into the network and let the bread bake in the form? Or, put the dough on the program, after kneading, put the dough in the mold and then put the baking program? How best to do it, tell me, please. I can't read the whole Temka now, I really want to bake bread in the form as soon as possible)))
mur_myau
Marfusha5,
I'll sit and listen. I have Phillips, really. But there, in the absence of electricity, the program for another 10 minutes. not cleared. Interestingly, theoretically it is possible to do this for other HP models?
Lagri
havruk, I have a Moulinex bread maker, which has a special Baguette program, I bake there, but I also baked it in Panasonic. Here: 🔗 you can see how it's done. And the recipe for the simplest baguettes is as follows: 280 g of flour, 170 ml of water, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp. fast-acting yeast. In Panasonic, you can knead the dough on the Pizza mode, then form 4 baguettes from this dough (watch the video how this is done), then in hp let them stand for 20-25 minutes and turn on the Baking for 50 minutes. Baguettes in Panasonic are very good. You don't need a baguette rack on the shelf, well, if you are only afraid to gain weight ... Baguettes fly away sooo quickly.
Creamy
Marfusha5, do not disconnect the stove plug. After the first workout, I take the bucket out of the stove. then with oiled hands I shift the bun into the L7 form. I return the L7 form with the bun placed in it to the bread maker. The dough rises further. but after 20 minutes there is no second stirring, or rather, the stove is turning, but in the L7 form there is no stirrer. bread is baked in the usual way.

Irina, if relevant, I will answer: you can bake in different ways: if you bake on 1 prog, then after the last kneading, on the display 1:40, shift the dough into the mold and place the mold in hp. Better do so for now, my opinion. But you can do this with other programs as well. If you want to use the Dough mode first, and then the Baking mode, then in this case, after the Dough mode, transfer the dough into the form, then wait until the dough rises in the form, and then turns on the Baking mode. But it's better to practice on 1 program for now.
P.S.

Creamy, and I put my hands moistened with cold water into a mold.

Alevtina, thank you very much for your answer.
That is, is it okay that the stove turns under the shape? Thank you. I'll try to bake it like that.

Lagri, Maria, thank you very much. I like your first option more. Don't you pull the plug out of the socket either?

I just don’t understand anything about electricity)))) Will not pull the current if the forms are changed in the included HP?)

Lagri
Irina, if I bake strictly on program 1, then for the procedure with transferring the dough, I remove the plug from the socket. I have an outlet with a switch and I don't take out the plug, I just flip the switch, then turn it on again. And if you take out the plug, it will not be shocked.

In French with half yeast and grain additives. If in the village, I generally knead with handles and bake only in the oven. Rarely in an air fryer.

Girls, but no one ordered uniforms here ...

... I'll go take the plus sign to that LIGHT little head, about the idea to bake in * non-standard * in cotton ... Indigo baking in Scarlet (for sample) in a ceramic pot .. it turned out very well ... Thank you very much for the idea .....
k @ wka
And I knead bread in HP on the 2nd program or on "dumplings".
It's easier on dumplings: I kneaded, squeaked and take it out for proofing in a bowl.
If it's on the 2nd, then I turn it off as soon as the "rise" is turned on. Or I put a timer on my mobile phone to turn it off before "baking". This is in 1 hour 20 minutes. In this case, the proofing of the dough takes place directly in the HP. Then I take out the dough from the bucket, mold it and put it in the mold. I cover the form with foil and leave it for 40-50 minutes for proofing. I bake on the "baking" mode for 40-50 minutes

L11 weighs 372g, L10 - 545g! I have already updated them. In small ones she baked rye with sourdough, in a large baked cake with dried fruits. petu, great result! ... What a sumptuous cupcake!

Cool! What to get yours?
Ol, did you bake a cupcake in Panas too? What is the recipe?
petu
Thank you. : girl_red: Hell in her cotton Scarlet is indigo. recipe-
100g of butter plum + 100g of cottage cheese (I have baby cottage cheese, but any pasty one), sugar -100g, 4 eggs, raisins -150g, dried apricots-100g, prunes-100g, nuts and any dried fruits in general, flour 300 gr, baking powder 3 tsp (I took 1 tsp (5g) of soda + 1 tsp of starch (2g) +1 tsp of citric acid
... I beat the eggs, mixed everything else + whipped eggs + dried fruits for 20 minutes soaked (you can in cognac). All! Very tasty and not very sweet!
Marfusha5
CreamyAlevtina, can you clarify? If you bake bread for 300 grams of flour in a biolovskoy form in HP, then the baking time should be reduced? And then I baked on the full program, I overcooked it a lot.
marinastom
petu, Ol, how much time?
petu
Marin, I added more - 1 hour 20 minutes. , but I have - Scarlet, not Panasik.
marinastom
Yes, I'm more for the village, I have an excellent oven there! You can try it at home, in Panas.

Marin, I also have a very good electric oven, I baked 180 grams in it - 50 minutes.

Marfusha5, I bake in Panasonic a loaf in the form of L7 from 300 grams of flour on the first program. I put the size "M", the crust "Light". 10-15 minutes before the end of the program, I look into the bread maker and look at the color of the loaf's roof. I take it out if I think the color is straw enough, or I let it bake for a few more minutes. moreover, at different times of the year and with different flours, I take out the finished baked buzanka 15-10 or 5 minutes before the end of the program number 1.
Stafa
And I have been baking for several days in a form for a roll from a fixprice. I did not fit into hp, I had to slightly adjust the sides with a wooden hammer. But now I bake a bar for 200 grams of flour on baked goods for 30 minutes. I knead the dough either on pizza, or on the main dough, then in the form and put it for proofing immediately in hp.

Stafa, Light, is this ribbed, graphite? I twisted it several times and put it on the shelf again, it seemed a little light to me.
Stafa
Aha, she. I grease it with non-stick grease and bread flies out at once. I pull out with forceps from the AG.
Marfusha5
CreamyAlevtina, thank you very much, I understood everything, otherwise I was afraid that the bread would be unbaked and in the end it turned out to be wooden and very tanned, I will take it out earlier. Thank you.
Creamy
Stafa, how cool! And in this fixed-price form I only store a ready-made baked sponge roll, already twisted with a filling, so that when served on the table it would not be flattened by its own weight, but when sliced it had a strictly festive round shape.

And even in this form it is convenient to transport without damage to the form in a portable container with a handle. With this delicious little case, I go to visit.

I have baked only 3 loaves so far, tears the top with cuts before proofing and before baking. But even such a ragged one suits me, I add malt to it and make a fragrant bar. And then the malt has been lying for the third year, I thought that only I would eat, but my husband tasted the same and cracked it.
petu
And we do not have such portable containers, I would definitely buy.
