Ingredients

Cherry tomatoes 1 branch
Fresh basil 1 bundle
Goat cheese 100 g
Salad onion 1/2 pcs.
For refueling:
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Sweet mustard 1 tsp
Salt taste
Ground black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the onion into rings, and if not sweet, rinse under cold water and marinate in cold water with the addition of vinegar.
  • Cut the tomatoes into halves.
  • Pluck off the basil leaves.
