Ingredients

Pork 500 g
Starch 50 g
Soy sauce 50-70 ml
Water 70 ml
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Pepper
Salt
Sugar 1 tsp
Vegetable oil
Onion one large onion or two smaller

Cooking method

  • This is one of my favorite recipes. Preparing quickly. It turns out delicious.
  • Cut the pork into 3 x 1 cm thin slices.Or 1.5 x 1.5 cubes
  • Pour the starch into a plate. Roll the meat in it well. Put in a pan with well-heated vegetable oil and fry until crispy golden brown, turning over from time to time.
  • Then cover with a lid and simmer slightly until tender.
  • During this time, dilute the soy sauce with water. Pour black pepper, chopped garlic, sugar and salt there (unless the soy sauce is salty, otherwise you can oversalt!)
  • Open the lid, pour in the mixture and mix quickly. As soon as it boils, immediately remove from heat. Add raw onion, chopped into thin half rings, and stir again.
  • Done!
  • Sometimes, in addition to onions, I throw in the bell pepper cut into thin strips, in addition to the onions. But a little earlier, so that it has time to soften a little, but not cook to the end.
  • You can serve it with funchose or vegetables.
  • Pork can be substituted for beef or chicken. Anyone who likes what.
