Made from two medium oranges and half a lemon for three liters of water. I added 250 grams of sugar (dissolved in hot water and cooled) and then I still had to add a couple of tablespoons. Lemons also had to be added, a little, about half a teaspoon.
I still felt a slight bitterness, next time I will put a whole lemon, but without the zest.
A very pleasant drink, a great alternative to compote and packaged juices, I will cook repeatedly!

I make everything from three oranges strictly according to the recipe, but after straining and adding sugar, I pour it into glass bottles without adding a lot of water. I store it in the refrigerator with concentrated syrup. And as necessary, I dilute the syrup with chilled boiled water, pour it into a jug. It is very convenient and there is a stock and does not take up much space in the refrigerator. I will also have to try to replace citric acid with lemon juice.
