Is that where you read it - about their factories? I don't know where to find it at all. And who else has good buckets and probably they are with their factories?
in Lenin's way
Hello everyone!
I ordered myself this model of the stove (in black version), they brought it yesterday, I have baked it twice in it.
At the moment, in general, I like it! It bakes well, the instruction is competent, no mistakes were noticed in strong recipes ...
This is my second stove, the first was of some strange company (I don’t even remember), it was presented five years ago, the board burned down literally a couple of months after donation ... Since then I dreamed of a stove, but there was no time for it ...
Pros for today (2) day of use:
- Beautiful, metal. Convenient form. In addition, I have a quirk for black appliances. I didn't look for a black stove, but this fact became decisive when choosing.
- Everything is in Russian. Scoreboard, instructions and recipes.
- Lots of recipes.
- Lots of shapes and accessories.
- You can make baguettes (there are forms). In the same forms, you can make sausages in dough. The only confusion is that according to the instructions, you can only bake 2 sausages in the dough at the same time, one baking = 40 minutes. Total 4 servings = 80 minutes ...
- You can make yogurt (I haven't done it yet).
- You can make toasts (10 min mode), 5 pcs at the same time. Have not checked yet
- I baked bread twice (regular white bread on normal mode and banana-honey impromptu on “sweet” mode), twice got a good result. There were some shortcomings (a shoulder blade remained in white, the second one cracked a little on top), but this did not affect the taste.
- I don't know about the shape yet, but it seems to me that the coating is quite resistant ...
- The price is not too crazy ...

Of the shortcomings on the second day of use, so far only 3 points:
- a hole in the bread from a spatula (but no options here, I understand that),
- on the crust "max" is not such a crust as I like, but only a little more ruddy ...
- the seams are somehow a little artisanal or something ... True, this can be seen only at a certain angle, when the light falls on the metal ... The metal seemed to be bent by hand ... But there are no notches, etc.! It's just that the overflow is uneven ... I'm probably picking on it))

Something like this...
I will describe the experience as I use it
lenaSP
Gave this HP. I use it for almost a month, I bake it in a day or two. Continuous delight, there was never that bread would not turn out. The store stopped buying.
OlgaU
Lena, Congratulations! I also actively use it - I like it very much
lenaSP
Olga, thank you for the consultation. I am happy with this, to put it mildly, I am absolutely delighted: girl_love: I tried to bake a cake from recipes for HP yesterday, and it turned out just great. Buying Easter cake is no longer valid.

So today we have purchased a Oursson BM1000JY bread maker. She replaced the old lady Panasonic SD-253. The latter's bucket was almost completely unusable, and a dispenser broke down two years ago. It's too expensive to buy a new bucket, let's leave Panasonic for making jam, maybe.
Qween
Baker, congratulations on your purchase!

Would you please write down what kind of bread is obtained in Ourson. So interesting in comparison with Panas. I thought that after Panas, they didn't want another stove.
Chef
Panasonic is not the same, I turned the bucket in my hands in my hands - much thinner and lighter than the 253. And we could have made touch buttons, like this Urson.
I put the bread on the "Basic" mode, I will try to show what happened

Laspi
Dear members of the forum, please accept me into your friendly ranks. For three weeks now I have been a happy owner of an OURSSON bread machine. And I could say, testing Oursson BM1000JY.
The purchase of a bread machine was, to put it mildly, a little imposed on me by my family members, who were tired of eating inedible purchased bread. I don't like to cook. If it were not for this forum, then I would be doomed, day after day, without any joy, to stupidly bake bread according to the recipes in the instructions for this device. I have never baked bread before. I would like to thank the forum participants for their explanations of the theory and practice of baking, master classes and recipes. It seems that one more thing was added to my many hobbies - the process carried me away.
The choice of the brand of my first bread machine cannot be called deliberate and deliberate. I liked the look, arranged the price, read a couple of reviews, the most important thing for me in them was that bread is obtained according to the attached recipes.
And indeed, to my great surprise, I got my first bread !!! And off we go. But after three weeks of intensive use, I can already appreciate the pros and cons of this device.

1. Appearance - cute and fits comfortably on the kitchen table.
2. Functionality - a whole bunch of the same type of bread baking programs, slightly different kneading, lifting and baking times.
3. It's good that there are separate programs "Dough", "Baking" and "Yogurt" (with the attached yogurt maker - the yogurt turns out to be good, already appreciated).
4. Indistinct and (IMHO) unnecessary programs "Toasts" and "Baguette".
5. Program "Jam": according to a number of opinions, using this program can greatly reduce the life of the bucket, as it destroys the oil seals. It's a shame I was counting on her.
6. The selection of recipes included is small, but generally good.
7. Manufacturer's recommendations - liquid at the bottom, dry phase - at the top, as well as the requirement to use dry yeast. I did not like this requirement, I consider fresh yeast, if not more useful, then at least less harmful. In the second week of intensive practice, I tried to do everything the other way around - flour - at the bottom, liquid - on top, together with diluted compressed yeast, and responsibly, from my own experience, I declare that it is possible, and so much more convenient, if not a pity, 5 minutes to watch the process knead and help the bread maker with a silicone spatula to fish out the remaining flour from the corners. And on the timer it is better in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
8. It is recommended to bake black bread using the "Russian Baker" program. I tried 2 times (yeast) - nothing good happened, you can eat, but tasteless. The bread was used for crackers for the future summer kvass. On the programs "Basic" and "Diet" - the same. More or less edible, if you knead on the "Dough" mode, give a couple of hours of proofing, and then bake on the "Baking" mode (thanks to the forum users who taught wits that black bread does not require a second batch). As I understood, in principle, you cannot bake good bread with a high percentage of rye flour with yeast; you need sourdough. Tomorrow my first "eternal" leaven will be ready, then we'll see ...
9. Using the same principle, I tried to bake white bread in dough. 8 minutes of dough kneading on the "Diet" program - 25 minutes of getting up on the same program - forced shutdown of the bread machine - an hour and a half of raising the dough - kneading on the "Dough" program (30 minutes kneading + an hour of lifting until the end of the program) - manual kneading - more 40-50 minutes of getting up with the bread maker turned off - Baking program. For everything - 6 hours, plus or minus half an hour, but the bread definitely tastes better than unpaired.I will try to make a wheat leaven, according to competent people, it will reduce this process to standard programs.
9. "Cupcake" program: 4 minutes of kneading and, depending on the weight, 140 - 130 - 120 minutes of baking. It seemed a bit too much, but decided to try it. I threw a semi-finished product of Orange cake that was lying around in the cupboard into a bucket, poured water and oil. Baked for 1 hour 45 minutes - a small semi-finished product. Definitely much better than my horrible gas oven. So you can sometimes indulge your family with cupcakes - I have already "dragged" several recipes from the forum, thanks to the authors. By the way, the manufacturer recommends removing the spatula on this program before baking. I didn't, and the cake fell apart neatly along the shoulder line when I took it out of the bucket.
10. I do not advise making sourdough in a yogurt maker, it is too hot there. My leaven didn't really want to "gurgle" in a yogurt maker, but on a rubber heating pad, wrapped in a blanket, it immediately became lively.
11. I will not scold the bread maker, I like it. She does her standard programs well, with little "dances with a tambourine" on her, in my opinion, you can bake anything you want. But if I now, with my only three-week experience, bought a bread maker, I would choose one where you can program the whole process myself.
olus4ka
I have this bakery since the New Year. I'm just delighted with her. Everything bakes just fine.

It's just a fairy tale, what can be done in it.

The dark bread is just super. My yogurt is great.
The stove is just great !!!
OlgaU
In this oven I got used to baking wheat-rye bread with sourdough, without yeast - it turns out well, I knead the dough on the "dough" program, then it takes 2-3 hours and baking. Thank you Admin for a sourdough recipe!

Well, judging by the shape - not lumpy. But according to the crumb texture, the bread is damp, and the dough is not stable as it should.
In general, it is better not to use the fast mode, the dough does not have time to distance itself, more yeast is required, and the quality is different from real bread.

Bake on Basic setting and compare the taste and texture of the dough.

But the properties of flour should be known in order to know how to correct flour mistakes

What is the difference
1.wheat flour, whole grain wallpaper
2. rye baking flour
3. wholemeal rye flour
for rye, which is better to take from options 2 and 3
and even before the heap, the question is why there are almost no recipes with the addition of eggs in the recipe book for the bread maker?

but how to adapt the recipes of other bread makers for your own?
After all, they are all different and the modes are also different, for example, take from Panas and do it on your own, or are these all my troubles and you can take any recipe?
otherwise I was preparing a ready-made mixture yesterday
on the rye mode of the Russian baker, it is probably wrong, when cooking it took into account everything as it should be, for some reason the dough rose right up to the very top, and also in breadth
and then fell off and fell inside - as a result, 8-10 centimeters of bread, and the rest to the birds
Question-a mixture of wheat-rye flour to cook on which mode is better?
Thanks in advance for all the help

There is a wonderful topic, and it contains many, many links to the necessary topics. Bread again did not work, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What can be wrong? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0

If you gradually go through these topics from the very beginning, you will have the right picture of what and how it should be, how to adapt the recipes, where to get them, and most importantly, how to make the right dough for bread, FOR ANY X / BAKERS.

Well, it’s much more accurate and more to paint, everything has already been said

I have a question - it is written in the Russian baker
1 rye
2 curd
3 Easter cake
but in fact only the size of the baking and the color of the crust change? Or am I wrong?

Good afternoon everyone! I have a question for Tatiana (Admin) - do you think it's worth taking this HP? It's just that I bought a multicooker 5005, one might say, at your suggestion, which I do not regret for a minute. Judging by the fact that you did not unsubscribe, apparently you failed to protest it again, but still in comparison with other stoves like Ourson?
Now the question to users - can dumplings dough be made in this HP? And yet, I do not understand something, if you can separately make a "batch", separately "defend" and separately "bake", isn't this manual programming? Or manual means to immediately register the whole process in its own way and leave, and HP will do everything itself?
Vasya
I became the owner of the Oursson BM100JY bread machine. Already baked some bread. From the ready-made mixture "Korneks grain". It turned out super tasty. Baked before buying in a gas stove from this mixture. In a bread maker, the more kneaded and more "leaky"

This bread machine does not have "Pelmeni" mode. And it is unlikely to handle such a steep dough - the engine is rather weak.
The stove does not allow programming. Programming is when you set the time you need for a specific task for each batch, each rise and bake. Everything is rigid here, programs differ in these parameters, but nothing can be changed inside the program. What programs and my comments to them - see above.
I hardly use programs from start to finish. I make sourdough dough, and it takes longer to rise, sometimes significantly more than the programs provide. For example, today I decided to try out a new recipe that appeared on the forum, "Festive" bread in the "Yeast Wheat Bread" section. I already had the sourdough sourdough ready, recalculated the recipe from dry yeast to the sourdough sourdough, reduced the size from 500 g of flour to 400 g and forth into battle. Kneading on the program "Diet", the program brought ALMOST to the end of the third rise - the dough rose less than twice. If you bring the program to the end, the output will be a short, dense and tasteless bread. But 10 minutes before the start of baking, I forcibly stop the program and let the dough ripen. Today it took about 40 minutes (and sometimes up to an hour and a half), I am already carried away by other things, and forgot about bread. I remembered, and the dough almost props up the lid of the bread machine. I didn't even bother to check whether it was ready or not, but immediately started the baking mode, 57 minutes. The bread turned out to be magnificent, a loaf of 18 cm high, with a high convex roof - only a centimeter did not reach the lid of the bread machine, with a lush porous crumb. And this is for 400 g of flour! Here's a fresh example of why you shouldn't always use automatic programs. However, this requires control over the dough, here you will no longer go for a walk, turning it on, but bread on the dough does not really allow itself to be "automated", you never know exactly how long it will take to rise.
In my opinion, you can adapt to any stove, and it does not matter at all that the author created the recipe he liked on another bread machine. It just takes a little experience. But I will repeat what I already wrote earlier - if I were buying a bread maker now, I would choose a programmable one, for reasons of time saving. For the rest, my ORRSON suits me perfectly - I never burned bread, never gave out a shapeless mass instead of bread, although my whole experience in baking has been since the beginning of April 2013.
Good luck !!!

Good afternoon everyone! Question - has anyone tried the muffin oven? I have already made the dough for the cake myself, put it on this mode, but by the end of the baking program, the cake is absolutely raw and you have to bake it on "baking", or immediately bake on "baking" - this will save time. Also, my colleague also bought Ouroson, so according to the recipe book, the cake, which must be loaded in layers (no recipe book with you, sorry), did not work at all - and it’s not clear how you can knead the dough for a cake in 4 minutes of slow stirring. There are no problems with bread and jam.
MarinaK
I've tried baking a cupcake several times. First, I kneaded the dough in the mode, and then only turned on the cake. The top is damp, but did not affect the taste. I took the recipe from the manufacturer's website. We only got into a fight because of the damp top, it turned out to be the most delicious.

I always make kulich either on sweet bread or on Russian baker, the result is excellent.
And I mix the dough from the purchased cake in a bowl with a mixer, and then it always turns out super for baking for 1 hour 20 minutes.

Yes, you can bake cupcakes in another mode, but the "cupcake" program itself and a book with cupcake recipes - it's not clear how they created it ...

Dear owners of this model!
Already shoveled the entire Internet in search of reviews ... Very little first-hand information!
I'm already on the verge of ordering - there are few of them in stock, I need to hurry up, but I still can't decide ... I think between this model, Panas and LG (with a Russian chef), I indicated the models in order of preference ...
Can anyone tell me how the bread in this model differs from the Panasonic one? In Panas, I am a little annoyed by his thoughtfulness regarding the equalization of temperatures before baking ... So you can wait an hour and a half ...
I read praise for Ourson, but all from the same author ... Is there really guaranteed excellent bread in this oven? The experience of baking for about five to six years, due to the decrepitude of its previous HP, switched to baking in the oven, and the HP only kneaded ...
Sos! It is clear that you will not decide for me, but help me decide with your conclusions ..
