Very quick salad

Chicken legs
Onion
Green radish
Salt pepper
Mayonnaise

Cooking method

  • I buy 2 fried chicken legs in cooking, peel them off, put the skin in the trash heap, or if it is not greasy and not spicy, I throw it over my shoulder backwards without looking back - there is a clack of jaws and a savory chomping. I disassemble the meat from the crusts into pieces with my hands, add fried onions (purchased from a can), one grated green radish the size of a fist, salt, pepper and a little bit of light mayonnaise. All salad is ready. Delicious and fast. And, by the way, very dietary.

Very interesting! I love radish, but the recipes with her participation are somehow small. Tomorrow I'll try yours, just replace the fried chicken legs with boiled breast (so that it is absolutely dietary)
