Natalia, Thank you! I like it too! The main thing is that it rose evenly and baked well.

I did it twice and threw it out twice. What is the reason, I don’t know, maybe the cocoa doesn’t pick up the cartoon.

I carry my spaasiiibooo!
the recipe is the most demanded for today in my family. I was looking for it so that I could cook with a 3-year-old, but here he can interfere with everything himself !!!

Good evening. Please tell me what size the bowl of your multicooker is? Should the cupcake be turned over after an hour? And another 20 minutes .... Or don't we turn it over?
Elena Bo
Nastasya78, multicooker bowl 5 l. There is no need to turn the cupcake.

Thank you.

Good day. Used baking powder instead of baking soda. The pie didn't rise at all. The diameter of the bowl is 20 cm. Baking in a multicooker Orson pressure cooker. The cake is only 4 cm high. I haven't looked at the cut yet and haven't tasted it. Cools down.

I tried it warm, it seems to be not baked, although a dry splinter pops out, and it bounces well. Maybe it should be so wet, sorry, juicy? Maybe it costs 1 hour and 30 minutes to bake?

Used cocoa Red October. The stripes are not bright, blurred.

And yet, I did everything strictly according to the recipe, but the dough, it seemed to me, was very thick. I know that my flour is very dry ... Maybe I shouldn't take a full glass of flour? What consistency should the dough be?

I'll try it completely cooled down, maybe something will change ...
Elena Bo
Nastasya78, I baked on baking powder (the recipe says - 2 tsp.). Do not tamp the flour into a glass, pour it without a slide. The dough is not very thick, but also not liquid, ordinary muffin. It should not be kneaded too much, just mix the ingredients with a spoon. Do not open the multicooker during baking. Baking times may vary, be guided by your multicooker. After baking, remove the cake from the bowl and let cool.

Please tell me, should the pie still rise, or my baking powder didn't work?
Should the finished muffin be dry or juicy?
Thanks a lot for the advice!
Elena Bo
The cupcake should rise. It is not wet, porous.
Nastasya78
Clear. Thank you.
