  • I am sharing a recipe for a cake that comes out tasty even from expired cottage cheese, and only from fresh! All this is mixed in a bowl and baked for about 45 minutes at a temperature of about 200 degrees. This is our favorite pastry - fast and tasty.
  • It is not necessary to achieve a perfectly homogeneous mass, the more carelessly this dough is mixed, the more airy it turns out. Only cottage cheese is desirable to mix well so that there are no coarse lumps.

A pack of margarine-200-250 gr.
A glass of sugar-200 gr.
2 cups flour-320 gr.

I think it is not so important which packs of 200 or 250 grams with cottage cheese and margarine you will use in the recipe, they just (cottage cheese and margarine) need to be taken in equal shares.

Eternal childThanks for the recipe! There was a pack of cottage cheese left in the refrigerator, it was too lazy to be smart, with whipping, etc., but I wanted exactly the cottage cheese-baked, True, I decided to add one more egg.
Baked in Princess 2, the dough turned out to be a little thick, it was difficult to distribute over a low and wide form, (MAKFA flour) put cherries on top.
But it turned out very quickly and tasty, tender inside and on top of a crunchy cake.
No whipping is needed, mixed in lumps and remained (apparently according to the principle of pancakes, there, too, the dough is not mixed until smooth). Thank you!
