Cooking method

This recipe is for those who are fasting.
Pour herbs into a saucepan, add water, bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and leave for 30 minutes. Strain. Refrigerate.
Load all the ingredients into the bread maker (according to the brand of the oven. I have SilverCrest).
The bread is porous, with a slightly moist crumb and an original taste.

But, we would also see a photo, and especially the crumb of bread, you think that 450 ml. broth + vegetable oil is enough for 500 grams of flour, bread is not wet inside?

For 500 grams of wheat flour, even coarse grinding will be enough for Roughly 350-370 ml. water.

Or am I wrong?
