Ingredients

carp 1 kg
bulb onions 1-2 pcs
boiled eggs 1-2 pcs
cream 35% or sour cream 200 g
light beer 250-300 ml
spices to taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the fish into portions 2-3 cm thick. Cut along the spine and skin with a sharp knife, cut out fillets from all pieces. The spine remains in the center of the piece.

  • Prepare minced meat from the cut fillet, add onions, eggs, spices and a little cream to it. Salt and fill the fish pieces.

  • Place the fish in a baking dish. Mix beer with cream, pour this mixture over the fish. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bring to readiness.

Note

For this recipe, it's best to take large fish. We sell it as "korop" or "koropchuk". The weight of such a fish is 4-5 kg ​​minimum. Therefore, it is more convenient to stuff portioned pieces, since several different dishes can be prepared from one "copy".
