I bake bread at night, with difficulty at 2.30 or 3.00 I get up to get the bread out of the mold
Well that changes things. I'm telling you about the day. Hence, Creamy right, you went through all the existing options. But I certainly would not have got up at night to take out the baked bread. It's easier for me (and I often do this) to bake it until night and cool it until morning.

A lifelong dream of baking bread during the day, it does not work. At 22.00 or a little later, just starting. Happy at work. For a week, 3-4 loaves of 1 kg. For two families - mother-in-law with half and myself.

Who could bake bread entirely from whole grain flour?

I have not been to the forum for a long time - everything was fine until I started trying to bake bread from 100% whole grain flour (we ourselves make 3 grains from grain). I can't find a recipe - the bread shrinks fast when baking. Who will tell you what?

I take out the agitators after the last batch! After the bread is baked, I scroll the fastening bucket from the bottom and then the bread comes out of the baking container very easily!
