Chicken, celery and avocado salad

Ingredients

Chicken breast on the bone or 2 fillets
Celery stalks 2-3 pcs
Fresh basil / lettuce leaves 1 bundle
Avocado 1 PC
Refueling:
French mustard beans 1 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Light Balsamic Vinegar / Lemon Juice 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 6-8 st. l.
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Season the breast or fillet with salt, pepper, seal in foil (bag) and bake in the oven until tender, cool, cut the meat into cubes.

  • Mix the dressing ingredients and shake with a fork until lightly thickened (do not forget to salt).
