Sone4ka, if for porridge, then 01. For frying 02.

Small multicooker - which one?

I also like Philips 3060, but it seems like it's not for cereals, but very beautiful

Hello!
Once upon a time, having buried myself in bread makers, I got to this forum and thanks to him I opted for Panasonic, which has been delighting with delicious bread for many years
Now it's time for the multicooker

I'm going to cook porridge, vegetables / fish / poultry for a couple, yogurt, cottage cheese, casseroles,
baking is not a priority, but some charlotte would be nice
Stews, vegetables, soups are also desirable)

The main motive for the purchase is to save time, since I listed what I mainly cook, but it takes time for them - my mother, do not worry, heard the multicooker significantly reduces this process. In general, I don't particularly like cooking - most likely I will use standard programs.

There are two questions:
simple - do you need a pressure cooker?
and more complicated - which model))?

Tell me, please, because the number of functions, types of bowls, their coatings makes your head spin
At first I opted for Redmond 90, then I realized that not all MVs have pressure cookers (for some reason I was sure that they are always combined), then I read that Redmond's bowls are not very ... - and I started to wear from Headquarters to Phillips ...
In general, I ask the club for help
Sedne
I have Shteba, she is very happy with her, my first slow cooker, and even a pressure cooker, very fast, porridge. baking, sour milk is excellent, I also have Filipok 3197, his bowl is of very high quality, better than Shteba's, he cooks well, porridge does not run away, but since this is not a pressure cooker, it does not cook so quickly. And at the expense of whether you need a pressure cooker, for whom how, someone does not like the taste of dishes under pressure. In general, I love all my multicooker and cook in all, whatever you choose, they will only delight.

olegreg, and how much bowl do you need? 2,3,4 or 5 liters?

By the way, I forgot to ask too. A different taste in pressure cooker dishes is not a myth? Is it really different?

Family of 3 adults + 1 child. Probably 4 is enough?

Yes, it is different. I like soups and compotes from a pressure cooker, and cereals and pastries from a multicooker. Therefore, it is worth taking a pressure cooker that can work like a regular multicooker. For example, Shteba DD2.

How it began to wear you correctly
I have just Shteba and Phillips. I think I have the most ideal multicooker and pressure cooker. There is even nothing more to dream about
Shteba has a stainless steel bowl - a big plus, there is an opportunity to buy or receive a non-stick bowl as a gift. Fast, quiet, beautiful. Phillips (I have 3095) has a bowl just a work of art. I admire her every time I wash her. 4 months have passed, and I still can't stop looking at it. Phillips also has a little secret of this - you can put everything in the refrigerator into it, turn on the "stewing" and be sure that it will still turn out delicious.

I would take a 5-liter one for such a family.

I also wanted Redmond, but in the big Filipka it turned out very well for 1 porridge, which I don't want, and in general Redmond is not very good for me, I already looked at the new Shteba, and not at the baby

We eat porridge all the time - hence the "legs" of MV

Hello, can you please tell me what is interesting (new or tested) from small 3 liters of multicooker?

They asked me for advice, but I have a favorite Brand 701 and a classic advice - 701 + add. bowl. But suddenly there is something else good. A?

avgusta24
I really need advice. Need a simple rice cooker. There is a cartoon -Deksik-60. I'm very happy with it. But buckwheat rice for a side dish is easier and faster for me to cook in a rice cooker. Now I use Klatronic, everything suits me, but I need one more for the dacha, and they were taken out of production. I saw it in SATURN ST-MC9186 online stores. Outwardly I liked it, but there are no reviews yet. Maybe someone already tried it? Or tell me other options

Good day everyone!
There are two types of bowl coverings:
teflon,
ceramics,
well, in fact, the stainless steel bowls (we do not discuss the harmfulness-usefulness of the coating).
The question is, what products (dishes) are better to cook in what bowls ?, store, if possible?

Teflon: baked goods, casseroles, frying;
ceramics: porridge, stews;
stainless steel: soups, compotes, jellied meat.
It can be stored in ceramics and stainless steel as in ordinary pots. And baked goods and casseroles are usually taken out immediately and laid out on a dish.

As I understand it, stainless steel is positioned more as bowls for liquid dishes. they do not scratch, they offer to work with a blender in them, for example, to make mashed soups, it seems that you cannot fry in them, it sticks. oven too. but you can always use baking paper if that.
ceramics and teflon are good for frying, stewing, baking.
I somehow see it that way.

Girls, and what kind of multicooker are they in general? How much do they consume?
I just thought, maybe, say, meat, it is really better to cook in a cartoon than the fact that I drive the oven for 1 kg of chicken or a piece of pork.

Eh, I would like to rent it for a week, try it. so nobody will give.

why not eat, eat. I just bought myself a dough mixer for almost 840 euros, and it has not reached me yet, but here it is already on the next page. I think. Maybe I won't need to
but the thought of cooking meat instead of the oven haunts me, everything else that needs to be cooked, I will continue to do on the stove. as well as baking, I trust the oven, I love this business
Plus, my husband is still worried about what will happen with a bread maker, we didn't make friends with her, and I bought something like that (I don't remember what), so I also sold it later
Mirabel
Oksana, aaaa, how, well, it means you have to at least wait for the kneader, then start wanting something else and inspire your husband.
tatika04
Wow price for a kneader. Is it industrial, for a pizzeria or a bakery?
natushka
adelinalina, I also thought that it takes a lot of energy. I even tried to check the counter at first, but it may take a whole day to cook, and so for 1 cooking the soup or the second digit on the counter did not move. And although I have a gas stove, I use a multicooker-pressure cooker, I don't need to keep watch faster and it stays warm longer even with a complete shutdown.

this is kenwood, induction dough mixer. it's just more reliable, I wanted it for two years, looked at others for two years and kept trying to persuade myself that I didn't need one, but my hand did not rise to something simpler. As a result, since the Wishlist did not diminish during this time and did not like anything else, then at the family council they decided to take it.
And so in terms of reliability, I think, it is quite suitable for a small cafe

Dear hostesses! Please advise which one to take from the mulek-treshchek:
Marta MT-1965
Philips 3134
Redmond M11 or M12
Zigmund & Shtain D31
Brand 701
This is what is now available with us. Or maybe you can recommend something better?

From the wishes, perhaps, only porridge for a side dish and pastries. And, and also "multi-cook", yes, maybe, turning off the heating.

I would be grateful for any help, otherwise the brains are already wrapped up with diametrically opposed opinions ...
Lenat
There is no multi-cook in March.
Miranda
Ally, I do not know anything about these multicooker, except for Brand 701, which I have for a year now and I love it dearly.

They also spoke well about Phillips, but I cannot confirm / deny. I'm not overjoyed at Brand. Many programs are off. pre-heating, excellent fermented milk programs, manual settings.

But, you must definitely take extra for it. bowl with non-stick coating. The bowl in the kit, they say, is not very good for everyday cooking. And if you plan to make yogurt / cottage cheese, then the second bowl will still be needed for any multicooker.

For a year of use, my both bowls (non-stick for food, and ceramic for sour milk from the kit) are as good as new, although I drive the non-stick bowls several times a day in different modes.

If there is no way to buy additional. bowl, immediately or in the next month or two after buying a multicooker, it is better not to buy. Since according to the reviews of those who used the bowl from the kit for cooking, the coating deteriorates within 7-8 months. It does not spoil on sour milk, because it is not frying. And if possible, then this is a great option.

There is a bowl on Ozone (I don’t know if it sends it to you, it’s called a Brand bowl with Whitford coating for a multicooker 701) and on the manufacturer’s website (by the way, there is a 10% discount on orders over 3,000 by the end of September, it may pay off the delivery, if they send to you).

Also, I would recommend to buy additional. cover plate (available only on the manufacturer's website). This is not an obligatory option, but if sour milk is used, then it is advisable that the smells of everyday food do not saturate the yogurt.
yana0505
Ally, I have Brand 6050 and 6051. Baking is better in 6050 (I do it on rice, biscuits are almost under the lid), in 6051 there is yogurt. Porridge in both turns out great, I generally keep quiet about the rest. The meat is simply gorgeous. Oh, you need three rubles, then I won't tell you.
Ally
Miranda, thank you very much for such a detailed answer. I looked more closely at Brand and liked it. They deliver to us from Ozone, but on the manufacturer's website I did not see the action ... maybe I looked somewhere in the wrong place. Today I went to the store, looked at the 3-liter bowls. Something they seem very tiny in comparison with the 5-liter Aurora. Maybe an optical illusion?)) Now I prefer to cook for one, maximum two times, we have a family of three. I hope the three-liter saucepan does not seem small to me.
Ally
Lenat, yana0505, thank you for information!
Lenat
And I would advise you to look after a 5 liter

Choosing a slow cooker, pressure cooker, rice cooker (2)

I always answer so much, as if persuading
But if you need exactly 3 liters, then 701 is good, but with the obligatory purchase of additional. bowls. If you still need 5 liters, then the higher Panasonic girls praise Philips. Because there is no good add-on for the Brand 5 liters. bowls only if compatible.

Walk around the branches of specific models, there hostesses arrange various tests for their multicooker, you can add an opinion.

Good luck with your choice

yana0505
Miranda, in Brand 6050 the bowl is super. On YouTube, Tatiana Makarenko reviews her multicooker, so she has 6050 in a very good place, next to expensive cucoo and orsoon.

But this is a pressure cooker.
I don’t need a pressure cooker, I don’t understand it
But I believe that it is good, there are many good reviews on the forum.
Ally
Ladies, thank you very much for your participation!
For almost five years I have had a 5-liter Aurora (though yesterday I found out that I measured not five, but 4.5 liters with water). Simple, but I'm so used to cooking in a slow cooker that boiling borscht on the stove now will be a punishment)) A year ago I thought that 5 liters was not enough for me, I need 6 or 7 to cook less often. But in the last year, she radically changed her mind, you still need to eat freshly prepared food. After all, if you cook a little, then it also takes a little time. And tastier and healthier. I don't cook meat and fish at all. So from the dishes in the multicooker - this is either rice with vegetables, or potatoes in sour cream, or pasta with zucchini in sour cream sauce (although I cook pasta on the stove separately). I never cooked soups in the summer, and I used to cook more soups to take to work for lunch, now there is no such need, for lunch I take what I had dinner with. Therefore, now a 5-liter saucepan is loaded no more than half, more often even a third. But there is a worm sitting inside and whispering: "What if there will be little 3-liter saucepan ??" )) Although it seems to me that if you measure it, then three liters of water will not enter it, for sure the maximum will be 2.5.
Miranda, thank you again for your responsiveness! The information you give me is very necessary, I think, not only to me, but also to other doubters and hesitants.
I looked at Sigmund live. I liked the mule very much, it is so well made that it is just pleasant to look and use: the lid does not fly off rapidly when opening, but with the help of a closer it opens neatly so that the cartoon does not jump; the inner cover unfastens with a very convenient button; no smell inside; the saucepan was also impressive. One lovely sight. But I read the reviews - I am not satisfied with the lack of sensory programs (even my Aurora cooks perfectly in the "cooking" mode before the liquid evaporates, so I can no longer calculate how long it takes to cook porridge or pilaf), and the inconsistency of temperature conditions - in soup not even 80 degrees ... Although I liked the price externally too.
Phillips also has jambs with rice mode, according to reviews.
Outwardly I did not like the Redmond M12 at all. The lid is kind of flimsy, the saucepan is thin, there is a very strong foreign smell inside.

As for the pressure cooker: I do not cook meat, and vegetables-cereals are cooked for a non-critical time in order to bother with the set and release of pressure. Extra 15-20 minutes of cooking won't make the weather for me. Maybe the pressure cooker has some other advantage that I missed, then please correct me.
