Dear forum users, I ask for advice on choosing a multi for a mother-in-law. The budget is around 10 thousand rubles. I would like to have at least one sensor program and a languishing mode. I have a REDMOND RMC-M90, very happy, but the latest models do not have a touch program. I look closely at Brand 37501, POLARIS models PMC 0520AD, PMC 0523AD, but the algorithms of the programs are alarming: soup, stewing, languor (as I understand it, there is no preliminary boiling as in REDMOND and further maintenance of a lower temperature). I also consider Stadler Form Chef One-919, but there is no languor in it, although stewing is up to 8 hours, I would like to clarify how delicate it is, whether stewed dishes, jellied meat, etc. are obtained. Thank you in advance for your help.
Masinen
About Stadler I can answer, maybe the owner of this multicooker.
The bowl is gorgeous, the programs are all good. And the stewing is very delicate, I made baked milk. It was just languishing, not boiling.
So I strongly advise !!!

In Polaris 0523 soup, stew will be pre-boiled. But the model has yet to hit retail.
Pay attention to the proven model 0517 (Polaris) - there is also a preliminary boiling on the indicated programs. Or wait a little.
0523 will have a new version of Multipovar (Multipovar Plus) with the ability to set from 1 to 9 consecutive cooking stages (both the temperature and the time interval are adjustable).

I also recommend a stler, a very good slow cooker
Sandy
alexSUNder I have a question for you - the "languor" program for 5 hours (by default) and a gradual increase in temperature from 45 to 95 degrees. How exactly does the temperature rise in this program? if I, for example, increase or decrease the time, will the temperature also rise correctly or not? or a gradual increase in temperature from 45 to 95 degrees rises exactly in 5 hours?

Nagy, this cartoon has been discussed for a long time ... in my opinion, even in the spring ... I already "felt" it 3-4 months ago ... the bowl, I'll tell you, is far from ice ... and it’s all squishy - even compared to the 411 model ... we have it in the region of a thousand, I saw it as well ...

This one, with only 2 programs? I remember another SC-MC410S01 and this IS-MC412S01. But I don't remember exactly 413 in the discussions. I tried to find what kind of programs there are, but even in the recipes there are no pointers.

The program time you set is divided into 4 equal parts, the temperature changes in quarters.

Ala so Florochka also came out in 2013 like in April, and according to reviews, milk does not run away
But at 0520 I have a boil five minutes before the end, it lasts about a minute

Floris also has milk porridge without boiling.
In some cases, short boiling while maintaining the temperature can be observed with minimal portions of the product due to the difference in the parameters of the supply network and the tolerance spread of the parameters of the devices, without deteriorating the quality of the product.
Sandy
I had a boil with 1 liter of milk + noodles, and there is also a boil periodically for stewing
This slow cooker (0520) suits me sooooo much, I've already experienced many programs (milk porridge, languor, stewing, frying, pasta) everything is super
I read reviews that it doesn’t boil, it’s raw, I was very afraid, but not everything is fine.Chicken with preliminary frying, then lagged behind the bones for 40 minutes.
"Soup" Now I put the broth to cook (frozen meat + 1 liter of boiling water) boiled after 11 minutes. So the soup program is boiling too.
"Soup" boils quite actively and without interruption, but sometimes it is stronger, then less .... on the soup it would have been possible to boil more quietly, but maybe this is because the boil, and with other products it will boil less ...

P.S. The broth was strained and it turned out unclear, but when I threw away all the other products and added more cold water, it boiled after 15 minutes and the boil was very weak, alternating with stronger, then again less, then again stronger ... as in "stewing" the principle of operation.

The program is not suitable for broth, but it is suitable for soup, although now I went and looked like it was boiling, I already smudged the lid a little, still a strong boil

alexSUNder How then - what is the program without boiling ??

Ol, well, it's hard to say how she looks ...
It looks like a MV, only instead of buttons it has a "toggle switch" for 2 positions, and inside it is completely like a cartoon ... only very poor and squishy cartoon ... Well, at least so it seemed to me .. I was not particularly impressed by the cup ...

The concepts of "no pre-boiling" and "no boiling" are different.
I meant that the temperature rises smoothly and gradually, and not immediately to a boil, and then it goes down. The critical moment for running away porridges is when "immediately to a boil."
If you cook 1 liter on the "Soup" program, it will probably boil, since the setting is given to fill the bowl by at least 1 \ 2 - 2 \ 3.
Monica
Alexander, is it really possible to cook milk porridge in the Polaris PMC 0510ad Multicooker?
Sandy
alexSUNder thanks for the answer, but on the "soup" program I have a very boiling pot, the pan was filled 1/2 (in the theme Polaris 0520 I showed a photo) and the whole lid was smeared and even got into the valve ... well, okay, let's assume that this is a feature of my multicooker.

Another question - if the spare pan is 2 mm higher, is it not critical?

If you have a "reserve" for a real pan, then it won't be critical. If the pan sits "back to back", then the lid may not close ... try putting it on top, for example, a match and trying to close it - you will immediately understand whether these 2 mm play a role for you ..

Girls, dear, help, what to choose from the store assortment: DEX 60, DEX 55 (5 l), Philips 3077 (5 l) or something from Panasonic? And yet - in this Fillet - manual setting of time and temperature, is this good or not? There was a sad experience with Dex 50 (I had to return it to the store due to the original marriage, but what I managed to cook in it was DELICIOUS)
