Vika, I hardly cook anything in it. I bought it at a stock like everyone else. And I cook mainly in large MV-SV. And in this one occasionally only a side dish for 1-2 mst. And the forum is full of recipes for this multi, but basically it is used in full for cooking for 1-2 people.
Mirabel
Marina, Clear! I already read it in profile Temkas.

Mirabel, I really like it, Redmond 02nd, porridge on the water in the morning in it, and cereal for a side dish. If you need it for 2 adults + a child, this is a great size.

Why are you misleading the people. Ata-ta to you.
Then in this rice cooker you can cook 2 cents of rice. So be guided.
In all recipes for high MV, 2 mst is standard. rice + other ingredients.
We have enough for five and still remains. So side dishes can be cooked in this rice cooker for your family. There are four of you?
Trishka
Girls, came for help!
They puzzled me with the purchase of a multi for 5 liters ...
In general, we need the easiest to control cartoon, our grandfather with the technique for "you", they said that they would cook:
Soups - borscht / broth ...
Porridge with milk / water
Boiled potatoes / pasta
Maybe some baked goods?
Fry cutlets
Look like that's it...

What would you advise, huh?
Well, and the price so that it was democratic ...

I have a very simple and beloved cartoon yesterday ordered to live long. It's a pity so ...: girl_cray1: electronics moved out. And the bowl there is excellent, maybe it will fit the new cartoon
So I want an inexpensive multicooker, preferably with a control panel on the body, not on the lid.
well, in general, I consider such multi

Vika, I can rarely be seen in the topic so that I advertise or praise the multicooker - how many people, so many opinions, and everyone will praise their waders in the swamp, that is, the multicooker in their kitchen

But, if this is how it is today, I can show the topic with my specific examples of use, and if I am confident in the quality of the multicooker's work, then I can offer it for purchase Decent model
aprelinka
Mirabel, and I am also surprised by my March 4308, bought for 1499 rubles. The whole set of programs is there, there is a delayed start, there is a manual mode, the safety valve is very convenient to wash. The multicooker itself is very light. The bowl is thin compared to the brand, there are scratches, but outside, not inside. And what kind of fried potatoes in it !!!!! In others, I can't do that))))
Mirabel
Elena, Lena! well, we have it, of course, it's not so cheap, but 3 times more, but this is also quite normal

I wanted to fix my broken one, so they want to repair a little less than the cost of such a Mark

I'm starting to look closely at the multicooker-pressure cooker. My favorite and only multicooker, the DEKS-60, starts to be capricious, I need dances with tambourines to start it. It gives an E4 error, but there is no such code in the instructions. Most likely, there is some kind of posting in the lower ten. You have to shake it lightly, then turn the empty one upside down a couple of times. But this does not always help. I will ask my husband to take it apart, if he can, and look. And I myself look through all the online stores. In our country there are few popular brands, Panasonic and Shteba did not find, and Shteba is dear to me. But there is Redmon, and there is such a model on the Rosette: REDMOND RMC-PM381... True, there are practically no reviews, there is no spare bowl anywhere either. Maybe a new model? Can any of you have this? Respond! What I liked about it is that the manual adjustment of the temperature in a multi-cooker with a step of 1 degree! Perfect for sous vide!

Gibus
izumka, there is one. I bought it in the summer, after 2 attempts to buy the Shteba (both were crookedly assembled, and the second one was returned, since it constantly leaked steam through the valve and kept the temperature too rough (+/- 5 *). This quality did not suit me, my old pressure cooker Brand 6050 kept the pressure perfectly, not letting out a pair of hairs under pressure and looked much better quality. So it didn't work out with Shteba - it was conceived well, but done with the back left leg ...
I don't like Redmond, but when I saw this PM381 with a big discount, I decided to give it a try. I bought for a step of 1 degree and 6 pressure levels, and all my bowls from Brand came up to it, including the S520 stainless steel from Redmont, which I also bought for Brand. In general, a lot of all sorts of bowls are suitable for it: from the old Redmont pressure cookers 4506, PM180, maybe some more ... This is the most common standard size.
There are no complaints about work, the pressure keeps tight, does not release anything in the process, complete silence with a closed valve. Withstands the temperature with an error of -1 degree, that is, it never exceeds, but at times it can fall short of 1 degree (I checked it by inserting a temperature probe on yogurt). The build quality and materials are lower than my old monumental Brand (everything is somehow even and thicker there), but noticeably higher than Shteba.
As for the 6 pressure levels - I'm not sure that she really changes them (I can't check), but you can set it. You can also change the time in any mode at any time, the pressure if the mode is under pressure, and the temperature in non-pressure modes. Express - steaming mode, like multicooker.
I use it only for certain operations: yogurt, steaming (because there is absolutely no steam and smell in the apartment), sous-vide, jellied meat, beans, vegetable preparations. For the rest I have other multi.
Marpl
I completely agree with Shapoklyak that before the ground forces worked quietly and did not release steam. They could hiss a little while the pressure was set, but then there was complete silence and no steam. That is why I love my old SV-Lend Life and Vitesse with a smoking function (both 6 liters each). And modern MV-SV are more likely some kind of hybrids, they seem to be cooked under pressure, but they themselves poison steam according to programs. It turns out something in between MV and SV. You just need to take into account these features of modern MV-SV and do not put them under the kitchen shelves during cooking (because of the steam). And so, it's very convenient that they relieve the pressure themselves, without me.
Rituslya
In general, in all fairness, Shteba does not poison anything either. Stands calmly under the cupboards and cooks.
I don’t even remember if I had such a SW, which had steam from all the cracks in the process.
Here at MV, yes. At Phillips in my copy on Kasha for the first 5 minutes, steam is blowing so much that it is directly sabotaging furniture.
Marpl
And I got this Shteba for 6L. Not only did the pressure build up for a very long time (40 minutes), but also steam poured out from all the cracks. I passed it back safely and forgot about Steba. Although then I bought it at our flea market for cooking ham.

lucky with the instance. I'm out of luck ... Apparently, they just have unstable build quality.
Steam did not pour out of all the cracks, no, but it was constantly sniffing through the valve.I didn't want to put up with this after the silent Brand.
Marpl
So on Shteba the valve is the simplest, and when it comes out of standing, it does not hold pressure.
Gibus
Marplyes, the valve is simple mechanical and worked within Shteba's tolerance. He held, but poked. And I got used to the silence and the complete absence of smells, I was spoiled by my first pressure cooker. I don't remember when I bought that Brand 6050 ... long ago, when everyone was buying and discussing it on the forum. It was very well made, but a simple pressure cooker, no temperature setting.
Marpl
I have almost the same, only Land Life. For this I love her that does not soar.
Mirabel
Ladies! I'm again for advice.
Thank you for advising me Martha to buy. I had already decided to order it, as it turned out that we also have Lumme and the prices are even more pleasant. It's kind of almost the same brand .. what do you say, it's worth

good evening! a year and a half ago, I read the arguments of those experienced on the forum and did not understand why there are so many opinions on multicooker and pressure cooker.
now having a small park of 3 pieces by local standards: mv-sv brand 6051, march 4308 and redmond 01, I am happy to join the opinion: there are not too many multicooker))) each has its own character, it is better to cook some dishes in St., some in mv.
my personal opinion (I do not pretend to be true): first the pressure cooker, and then as needed.
