Of course, I immediately began to cook the chicken, so that if anything, it would not be a pity for burnt or spoiled products)), but everything turned out just fine. And Antonovka already baked apples in it, and baked vegetables. And today I made potato boats with chicken liver. It turned out awesomely tasty.
If anyone is interested, then I did this - peeled the potatoes, cut them in half, made indentations. I put one large piece of liver on each potato, salt and pepper, put a spoonful of sour cream on top and sprinkle with chopped onions. Wrapped in foil so that the top of the foil does not touch the food. Baked for 25 minutes, then opened the foil on top and baked for another 10 minutes.

Secondly, I discovered that the frying pan "floats" on my gas stove, that is, it is very unstable. There was an idea to put it on the divider, but did not dare. I tried to breathe neatly next to her.
Thirdly...Sausages and baked potatoes cooked very quickly and delicious !!! The sausages had to be removed earlier, but while waiting for the potatoes in their place, the peppers and tomatoes still had time to shave.
I did not salt the vegetables during the cooking process to avoid excess moisture.
I also liked the fact that the lid fits snugly to the pan, there is no smell, grease, steam.
