mom3x, yes, yes, I confirm, I made crucians, which were cooked in foil, baked for 3 hours and kept on heating

Thank you very much, Arka, per recipe

... I didn’t pay attention to the valve, but it seems that after some time it rose, as steam gradually accumulated. There were no problems with the pressure cooker, cook calmly!
mom3x
Thanks for the answers .. And I didn’t risk it at night. It hissed and clicked very terribly. I took it out of the foil and put it on the extinguishing mode, it's calmer for me. The result is ... meat :). Let's eat!
MariV
mom3xIf I am not mistaken, it is recommended to turn the valve in the "Baking" mode. This is the only way I use this mode. It seems that the instructions are also written.

In general, the pressure cooker decided to retire. Served faithfully for about 4 years. At first, she stopped holding pressure, and then completely switched on.

I came back here after so long to find a recipe for making yoghurt in my Brand 6050 multicooker-pressure cooker. Yesterday I started talking about making my own yoghurt at work, so I got in here. This model does not have such a regime, but it turned out that it can be done without it. I wrote off the recipe and the yogurt turned out great. I brought it to work to try it - everyone really liked it, now they will do it too. But this is me back in 2012. the first one bought this slow cooker, tried it, and advertised it to everyone. And now all 6 people have been using them for 6 years. Someone from time to time, and someone every day. All the multicooker is still alive and working properly. I just found out that it turns out that they have not been released for a long time, and we periodically searched for them in online stores to buy more, someone in reserve, someone as a gift. It's a pity, such a successful model.
Arnica
I also use this pressure cooker and have become so used to it that I am not going to change to another one yet. I use it constantly with a multicooker. The saucepan could have been changed, but not critical yet. There is also a stainless steel.

And I'm always only in it - jellied meat, meat, porridge. At first, as soon as I bought it, I cooked porridge in milk, as it is written 1: 5, but the milk always curdled, and although it was tasty, it looked unpresentable. Then I started to cook 1: 4 using the trial method and everything is fine, and the milk does not curdle.
I think it will suddenly break down, what to buy instead, I don't even know. Although others may be fine if you get used to it.
I broke down once, it does not turn on and that's it, the buttons do not light up. Well the husband with hands from where it is necessary, disassembled, cleaned, it all worked.
Now the children are already adults, but before, as if such a necessary thing would come in handy, they had to hang around with porridge at the stove, watch, so as not to run away, to interfere.
Arnica
My husband also took apart mine. I bought a stainless steel saucepan, checked it on the water, everything is fine, it was blocked. I put the peas to cook and the blocking did not work. Everything inside flooded, the display also gathered steam. In general, my husband took it apart, wiped everything, dried it and Thank God, I'm using it further.
Someday you will have to change anyway, but I don't think about it now.
I can't imagine a kitchen without a pressure cooker. I've always had my drinks. But there you have to watch: turn off the gas, turn it off. And when electro appeared, a friend brought it to me from Moscow. In April she will be 6 years old!

Mine has been operating without a pressure valve for over a year. Not available anywhere, so I just drowned it with a bolt and cook soups and jellied meat in it. For cereals I bought a pressure cooker Marta, for yoghurt I took a yogurt maker, for buckwheat, pilaf there is a Phillips multicooker.

You search on Aliexpress or Taobao. Write “pressure cooker valve”. I ordered a removable cover, I also saw the valves. Have you called Brand? They can tell, maybe in a service center where there is.
Lord 68
Called and wrote, out of stock. In principle, now everything suits me, so I will not search. As the pressure cooker finally breaks down, I'll buy another one.
Arnica
Please write what temperature conditions are in the pressure cooker or indicate the page if there is a topic. Interested in the temperature on the Heating and Heating modes.
Is it possible to cook sous vide in it?
Lord 68
Heated it somewhere around 70 degrees, I don't remember exactly, but in my opinion it is around 80. I don't recommend cooking this kind for two reasons: the first is high temperature, the second is unstable keeps temperature. Until there was a sous vide apparatus, Marta cooked in a pressure cooker (an analogue of Brand 6051), but as the electronic thermometer showed, the temperature spread is very large, in the region of 5-10 degrees. I bought a sous kind of apparatus and do not rack my brains anymore.
Arnica
So 70 degrees is a lot?
I have not planned to buy an additional unit yet, I do not know how often I will use it. And add. costs, and a place for it.
Lord 68
It depends on why. Let's say potatoes are vacuum-packed with salt, herbs and a piece of butter or a spoonful of olive oil and sous vide made in the apparatus at a temperature of 85 degrees for 2-2.5 hours is simply indescribably tasty. Beef is best cooked at a temperature of 50-55 grams, I tried it at 60 already as boiled. But there is a nuance here. Before that, beef tenderloin should be marinated with herbs to your taste and always with nitrite salt. It is better to vacuum the pieces one at a time no thicker than two centimeters and cook somewhere in the region of an hour and a half, but if you take bad, sinewy beef, then it must be cooked for at least 10 hours, and then in a hot frying pan, fry for ten seconds for color ... I really bought a cooking burner for this and burn it with fire. My wife and I really like the turkey breast, but you just need to find the largest one, ideally two kilograms, so that it is 15 centimeters or more in diameter. You can also vacuum it with simple salt, herbs, garlic and a few pieces of butter or a couple of tablespoons of olive. All this in the refrigerator for a day or three days, the better it is marinated, the richer the taste, heat at room temperature for 5-6 hours and cook at 65 degrees for 6 hours. Awesome thing for sandwiches or just with a side dish. Cook sous vide eggs at a temperature of 64.5 degrees for one hour, it turns out that the protein is just slightly tacked, and the yolk is in a bag. Also very tasty. So try it and I'm sure you'll like it very much. When I made beef at 55 grams for the first time on New Year's, everyone first looked at red (raw) meat, and then dared in one sitting. Yes, and the device takes up little space, most of all the place is occupied by the prepared container for cooking. I bought a gastronorm container for myself and insulated it with a special material to reduce heat loss.

Please contact the master of our Brand service center by phone
Good day. I understand that the pressure cooker has been around for many years, but it was used once a month, not more often, rather less often. The base of the valve fell out the other day. I can't understand if it broke off or somehow got out? It is unlikely that it was fixed on the glue. I can't insert it so that it doesn't fall out. Could your masters answer this question. It's a pity to throw away the pressure cooker, there will be a lot of accessories. By what phones is it possible to contact the masters, if one of them still remembers, knows this 6050 model.

Good time! I have such a multicooker-pressure cooker. It has been pleasing us for 5 years already. But the bowl was out of order. Tell me where you can buy a bowl or which one is suitable from other models? Once I read that it fits from Redmont.
Unit silicone ring fits.
Lord 68
Marta MT 4311, fits both thicket and silicone ring and aluminum top cover. I have Marta MT 4311 and Brand 6050, so the information is verified.

I ordered a bowl on the manufacturer's website, first made of stainless steel, then with my own coating. I don't know if they have it now. But if not, they will let you know when it appears.

Girls, did anyone have problems with the buttons? First, the Soup button went out of order, after a few months the program start button (turn on.) If you can do without the first button, then you cannot turn it on without the second. If anyone had problems, tell me where they got the buttons. Thank you !

The base of the valve fell out the other day.
I answer to myself that the problem cannot be solved, I found a video on the Internet. I found a video on YouTube where the master of the service center tells and shows about it. ... It turns out that the valve base is broken off - a frequent breakdown. He (or it is the bottom) really keeps on "snot". And I don’t think it’s for security purposes, rather the opposite. Because of such a weak spot, the entire valve can fly out during cooking - neither the kitchen nor the people standing next to it will be enough.
Electric pressure cooker Brand 6050 - reviews and opinions here is the broken bottom. Since pressure cookers have not been produced for a long time, it will have to be determined for disposal, which is a pity ...
Lord 68
Instead of this valve, I made a plug from a stainless steel bolt and nut. I have been using it for more than a year, no problems other than relieving pressure, I wait for the time to relieve myself. Now I use it only for soups and stewing, and for everything else I bought Marta's pressure cooker. By the way, I like Brand more.
Arnica
I will not argue, but in my opinion the valve from the Philips HD2173 SCR should fit.
Search the website for service centers. In Ukraine, I found such.
Or on Taobao to Povos SLE.

... Yes, these pressure cookers are twins, they were produced at the same plant. There is only a valve in the workshops in St. Petersburg, but there is no valve base.

Yes, no question ... a car can also drive with a wheel from a cart .... But seriously: this valve serves not only to relieve pressure, but also as a fuse in case of failure of the multicooker elements, in which the power supply to the heating element is turned off will not happen .... due to Why can you get a big BUG !!! ...

Hello!
Today my SCR gave an E4 (pressure sensor) error. Will it be possible to repair it at home?

It depends from where the hands grow .... and whether there is a necessary spare part.

how is it related PRESSURE???

The principle of operation of programs in multicooker pressure cookers:
When any program is turned on, a voltage of 220 V is applied to the heating element (TEN). Heating occurs to a state of vaporization.
When the temperature in the bowl is more than 100 degrees, after the lid lock is triggered (this is such an aluminum pimple with a rubber gasket), a further increase in pressure occurs. When the pressure in the multicooker reaches the value provided by the program, the pressure sensor is triggered, the contacts open and the multicooker switches to the COOKING mode. In this case, voltage is supplied to the heating element not constantly, but periodically ... only to maintain the set temperature, which is maintained by the temperature sensor (such a round speck on the spring in the center of the heater). At the same time, the remaining time counts down until the end of the cooking process. After the time has expired, the program turns off the voltage supply and the multicooker switches to the temperature maintenance mode (in the region of 40-50 degrees). And until the cartoon cools down to this temperature, the program will not give a single signal to the heating element. here in a nutshell something like that.
Arnica
Now, when you turn on any program, it gives E4. After pressing the button to any mode, it first shows the cooking time, and then we will for E4
