Very nice! I would like to make such pies.
But still I will ask a question: does such a dough differ in taste and other qualities from a traditionally prepared yeast dough (i.e., without such a long-term dough)?
And I also really liked your way of cooking cabbage. And I used to extinguish it before ...
Thank you so much!

Boka , Thank you!
Steaming takes time. But, such pies seemed to me tastier, more aromatic than in a safe way. For unpaired yeast, more is needed.
For myself, I decided to do it with dough as soon as time permits. And I will increase the portion.
I also did it with stewed cabbage, even tastier, added onions, carrots, greens, usually, the main thing is that there is no liquid. The recipe is different, faster, I wanted to stick to the original

Girls, tell me, who tried to freeze the pies? We are just going to the sea and would like to take it with us. After all, we carry dumplings and dumplings.
Crochet
GOOD, judging by the date of your message from the seas, you should have already returned ...

But still I will answer ... suddenly it will fit in the future ...

It is very possible to freeze pies !!!

And how much yeast is needed if you make the dough in a safe way, just in a bread maker on the appropriate mode?
Freesia
Take 2 g of fresh yeast per 100 g of flour

Freesia, thanks!
I really like pies and pies with cabbage, I liked your recipe. It's just that I'm not friends with dough. Therefore, I will do it in HP, so to speak - "according to a simplified version"
Freesia
Everyone can make friends with dough, believe me, there is nothing complicated, it just takes more time. But I still think it will turn out delicious!
