Ingredients

Rye sourdough (by Admin) 125 ml.
Water 170 ml.
Salt 1 tsp
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Dry kvass 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1.5 st. l.
Wheat flour 2 glasses
Rye flour 1 glass
Yeast 1.5 tsp.
Sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds, pre-fry 2 st. l.

Cooking method

  • I have a baking mode for 3 hours. 40 minutes medium crust.
  • Try it, my family and I loved it.
