Ingredients

Canned Red Beans 1/2 cans
Canned corn 1 / cans or 1 small
fresh champignons 300g
lettuce leaves
fresh parsley 1 bundle
fresh dill 1 bundle
Bell pepper 1 PC
pepper, salt, a pinch of dried basil
white crackers
mayonnaise, in post-vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • The name does not correspond to reality, or I am not able to dry crackers in 5 minutes, process and fry onions with mushrooms, and even cool them down. But whatever the name of this salad is, it's worth making.
  • I do not recommend using purchased crackers. It is better to prepare them at home, for this cut a couple of pieces of loaf into strips and dry in the oven. Someone loves fried in a small amount of oil in a pan. It's a matter of taste. Who likes what.
  • Cut the onion into half rings, fry until transparent in vegetable oil, add the mushrooms cut into slices, season with salt and pepper. Fry until tender, but do not overcook. Cool down. Chop the pepper, lettuce, parsley, dill, mix everything, add canned vegetables and mushrooms with onions. Before serving, add croutons and season with mayonnaise. It is not necessary to season with mayonnaise in advance, so that the croutons remain crispy.
  • I don't add croutons to salad at all, but put them in a small bowl on the table. Everyone takes as much as they want, adding with meals.
