After reading the recipe further and making sure that I didn’t have a lemon or not, I chopped off the zest from the tangerine. Further, everything is strictly according to the instructions, except that I did not have a preservative and had to use the purchased apricot jam, and besides, the resulting chocolate dough did not want to "pour" in any way due to the presence of a much larger amount of cocoa in it. In general, I applied I have chocolate peas and sent this product to the oven ... Aromaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat - amazing! Synulina walked around the oven, expecting sweet goodies. But my pie gave a leak and stuck to the mold.
