Festive chicken breast aspic

Ingredients

Chicken breast 1 PC
Bell pepper red 1 PC
Carrot 1 PC
pickled cucumbers 2 pcs
Greens
Gelatin
salt

Cooking method

  • Pour the chicken breast with about 2 liters of water. When it boils, put onion, carrots, peppercorns and later bay leaf into the broth. Cook until tender. Cut the breast.
  • Boiled carrots, peppers, cucumbers cut into medium-sized cubes. Chop the greens. Mix everything. Put in a silicone mold
  • Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the pack. Mix with broth. Pour the cooked broth over the breast with vegetables.

Note

You can also add green peas, corn. A little imagination and a bright New Year's dish is ready. Gelatin I used by Dr. Oetker, which does not require prolonged soaking. Dissolve it in the cooled broth, wait 10 minutes, and then heated until completely dissolved. The filler kept its shape well for a long time.
