The nikumans themselves cooked in the cartoon. I kneaded the dough in cotton, did not wait for the end of the regime, took it out earlier. Then, as in the recipe - I made eight balls, left them under the film for several. minutes. She rolled it out thinly. The dough is really well behaved, very docile. It seemed to me that I was putting in a lot of filling. As a result - a huge pie, and there are very few fillings relative to the dough. I will now go carefully to the videos and study whether these pies should be so huge, or if you can make them smaller and larger in quantity, so that the advantage is in the direction of the filling.

I turned on the multicooker in steamer mode, when the water boiled, turned it off and put a basket of pies inside (thanks for the advice - under each pie there is a square of baking paper). Through several. minutes I opened the cartoon and fell into a stupor))) I certainly expected the Nikumans to increase in volume, but not so much!))) In general, they became close)) There is not enough space in my cartoon for this amount of test. So I’ll get the forgotten steamer, but I’ll make more on the weekend - for all three baskets)

The paper came off easily.By the way, during cooking, they did not part from above, when I sculpted, I saw that the already molded fit and the top was falling apart. Therefore, I despised beauty and molded it better.
