Ingredients

1 cup 240 ml
kefir 2 cups
flour (sift) 2.5 cups
apples 1 cup
eggs 2 pieces
soda 1 tsp
baking powder 2 tsp
vegetable oil (odorless) 1/3 cup
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 2-4 st. l.
vanilla, cinnamon by a pinch

Cooking method

  • Grate the apples. Mix separately liquid and separately dry ingredients. Then knead the dough, add the applesauce (with the juice that comes out). Do not stir the dough for a long time, otherwise the pancakes will be rubber (I made just a few movements, there were lumps in the dough, but they parted during baking). Let the dough stand for 15-30 minutes. Heat a small frying pan over low heat, brush well with butter. Spread the dough in a frying pan with a layer of 5-7 mm, fry on low heat, be sure to cover it !!! until the pancake seizes on top. Then turn it over to the other side and fry it without a lid.
  • From this amount of products, I got 10 pancakes. The recipe is similar to our pancakes, but only similar, the taste is completely different and not pancakes or pancakes), airy, slightly sweet and absolutely not sour), apples give a delicate fruity note.
