The dough turned out to be tight, apparently the egg was smaller than it should have been, but for the first time I did not change anything, and for the future it will be necessary to add a tablespoon of milk, then everything will be perfect.
I also had difficulties with molding - the fat salmon prevented the "roller" from sticking. I had to put up with it, but surprisingly, this did not affect the result. Here is such a beauty!
