Is only 11cm high? What can fit in there?
This is the height from the lower lattice to the limiter, for example, an oval ceramic form from Ikea, not small but large, enters it, a "blue bird" from the Five weighing 2 kg will easily fit in it. But the "carousel" is not provided for it. A pie or pies will calmly enter. Pizza with a diameter of 30 cm is easy to enter !!! Do not forget the main consumer and customer of this device is Italians. I'm not going to fry the boar in it

I was thinking about baking in pots (from AG, about 12 cm high) - and they just won't fit, plus I have a high silicone rectangular shape, very comfortable, it will also be right next to it, which means that convection in this case will not work ice ...

As easy as in any oven. On a stone, on a baking sheet, in a saucepan from this HP, in ceramic and silicone molds.

What can I say to the field of long-term organoleptic analysis of bread from this HP-oven. The bread is simply incomparable! I haven’t tried the oven in a simple oven, but it seems to me that it’s exactly “oven” bread that turns out in this HP
That is, in taste and structure, it is similar to bread from mini bakeries. Thick, with a crazy crust
I don't remember someone said that programmable CP is a revolution in home baking, and so I can say with confidence that the revolution passed quietly and imperceptibly, with the release of the DeLonghi EOB 2071
Summing up, I will say that this is an ideal option for a lover of bread from the oven, but who does not have the desire or ability to tinker with it. In EOB 2071, this process can be automated and manual processing can be reduced to a minimum by, for example, pointing. On the other hand, it is a very flexible tool that allows you to create

Good day everyone !!!
I'll start a little further ... My husband and I decided to rent an apartment, but there is no oven or microwave in it. And naturally we had a question - what to buy ?? After looking through the vast expanses of the Internet, we decided to take a mini-oven. How long did we choose it - just horror This site helped a lot in choosing But finally we chose - Mini-oven DeLonghi EOB 2071 ( 🔗). We chose her because she combines both oven and bakery, and for our rented apartment and not very large kitchen - this is a class !!! We also liked her appearance - she is very cute))) True, we had to wait 3 weeks for it to appear on sale at least somewhere.
And so they brought it in. I unpacked it, washed it, warmed it up for the first time without anything - there was no smoke and I didn't feel much smell either. And then I tried it - I baked the chicken wings. Everything baked evenly, it was tasty))) The oven outside heats up quite strongly, so it is better to put it in a free space - we put it on the windowsill in the kitchen - since we have wide ones. In the last 5 minutes of cooking, a little smoke came out of the door, but quite a bit. There is a light bulb inside the oven that works throughout the entire cooking time - it is convenient.
A couple of days later I made simple bread - so, for a test. I did everything according to the instructions. The machine kneaded and baked everything without any problems. The bread turned out to be very tasty, neat - an hour later there was no bread
She baked meat in it, made sweet pastries.
The stove suits me in everything, I can't say any complaints about it. If you have any questions - write, I will answer)))

sazalexter,! And what is the volume of this oven, the size of the baking sheet (12 Ksenia Chelsea buns will be included?)

(Will Chelsea's 12 Ksyusha buns be included?)
On one baking sheet - definitely not. I have them in my 42 yrs. I barely shove it in. If only two levels (if there is such an opportunity). Or close to each other - like a bun pie.
MariS
Ksyusha, help me, pliz, I should choose some kind of desktop oven. :) Will be needed for giving - just not a baby. Where will I put your buns and buns?

They baked, though only once so far)) Baked "turbo-bread" AU12 - for a test. It turned out to be a very tasty bread: very soft and airy on the inside and with a crispy crust on the outside. The husband just loves this)) They ate him instantly)))

And tell me, please, what happens to the thing that kneads. Apparently, it is baked inside the bread, but getting it out of there is not a problem? And does it not interfere with getting the bread itself out of the mold?

The spatula in this HP model is low, rarely gets stuck in bread, the bread is shaken out without any problems
Lita
And interestingly, Beloboka "lying" will fit in such a stove? I don't want to pay for a 3600 W large oven because of the small white side, here it really turns out less - 1400 W ...

I am looking for a mini-oven precisely because I do not want to preheat a large oven because of a casserole from a pack of cottage cheese or a couple of potatoes. So I choose between Bork and DL ... By the way, I like both manufacturers: several nice Bork devices and a wonderful DL PrimaDonna coffee machine have been working for me for a long time !!! And by design, both are suitable ...
sazalexter
Lita Belobok seems to fit, I will find it (I bubbled it somewhere), check it, although if it is 10cm in diameter or less, Bork will come in for a stop, I looked in the store, I didn’t like it.Quartz shades. Delongy has metal
Lita
sazalexter Thanks for the quick answers))) I tend to trust your opinion about Bork and the question arose: what are quartz heating elements? and why are they worse? I just lived to the point that I switch to cooking everything that can be cooked at home. conditions - yoghurts (such a wonderful Redmond yogurt maker!), sausages (in white-sided), and everything in the oven - this is useful and permissible with therapeutic diets. It is clear that I grow all kinds of grass myself, of course, what would be without nitrates, well, we are going to grow our own meat too. Therefore, I need everything to be as useful as possible for any money. So I ask in detail - you need to cook cunning food - so that it does not contain cow's milk, chicken eggs, wheat flour ... such food is not very tasty in the store ...
sazalexter
Lita Quartz, roughly speaking glass (heater in a glass thick-walled flask or halogen)
Lita
sazalexter I just thought that they were pipes, but the very thought scared me and I decided to clarify))) quartzing is not our method ... although ... you can sunbathe at the same time - conveniently - without leaving the stove ...

I have one last question ... but what does the baking program ask and how do they differ from each other on this basis? This is a generalized question I'm not interested in specifics ... probably, the programs include temperature changes in time intervals, and I can assume that the optimal conditions for baking bread in a specific device from different types of flour were simply empirically identified. of course, I'm interested in the specific story of baking bread from their gluten-free (protein-free) mixtures - it's a pretty funny story to bake starch bread ...
Lita
in 1 liter - 1000 cm3 ... if you multiply the actual values of W, H, D (which were given by a respected person earlier), then somehow cubic centimeters are not enough for the declared volume of 20 liters ... when compared with a capacity similar in volume, then the closest is a water bottle for a cooler, and it is 19.5 liters ... I figured that it should fit into the stove if it is turned into a parallelepiped - but it is doubtful that it will fit in there, I look at it - it’s what this bottle is like huge !!!

Heats up, like any oven, the side walls, the door is smaller. It seems to me that 15 cm should be left at a distance from the walls. There are 10cm limiters at the back of the HP, so as not to push it close to the wall.

Convection is, how good is this relative concept, in my opinion, its main purpose is to remove condensate, well, maybe even a more uniform crust when baking

The taste is not like that of HP, that's for sure, there is something to compare, more like bread from a mini-bakery such as Auchan, Lenta, Carousel ... I have not tried it purely from the oven.

The distance from the lower position of the grill to the upper protection of the shade is 110 mm. I didn't bake puff rolls, I won't say for sure, but I made a pie, see above, I baked cookies. There is one baking sheet in the kit, 2 pieces of lattice, theoretically two will go in peacefully.
marishka

So ... So, if you bake about 5 cm each on 2 wire racks? it means only cookies
And if on one, then it will turn out higher
But my favorite silicone mold will not fit (it is 130 mm)

I bought this device three months ago and was pleased with the work of both the oven and the bread machine. And today, after 2 minutes of operation of the oven (at 180 degrees), smoke with the smell of burnt wiring poured out of it. The husband said that a hole in the heating element was burnt out. I never would have thought that this is possible. Now you have to take it to the warranty repair.
GalynaR
Good day to all. Yes, I'm not scared, I guess I was so unlucky.
I took the stove in the official online store from Foxtrot in Kiev, I had a gift certificate from him.
The stove was under repair for a month, the lower heating element was imported from Italy for replacement (I was told so).
Then the stove was at home for a week - it baked bread 2 times. And the third time, shortly after turning on both the oven, acrid smoke went, and I turned it off.
After cooling down on the lower shadow, a kind of foamed red substance appeared in 3 places. I was afraid to tear it off and again took the stove for warranty repair.
They turned on in the workshop - but nothing happened, that is, there was no smoke. They left for testing, promised to call, but so far there is no news.
I asked if they had a lot of such stoves under repair? They replied that my second ever.
This is the situation so far. While the stove was working, I was very pleased with it.
