Blueberry ice cream

Ingredients

Blueberry 300 g
Sugar 150 g
Cream 30% 300 ml

Cooking method

  • First grind the blueberries with sugar in a blender, then add the cream and beat until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze. The result is a rich, creamy ice cream of dark red, rather purple color. Too fat for my taste, but the children and husband appreciated it.
