I do not understand the materials of what the pans are made of. I have pans from Soviet times, I have always believed that they are cast iron. After washing in the dishwasher, they turned black and everything began to stick. So I removed them.

And after what time does it start to stick? I have a Berhoff frying pan with a ceramic coating and I am very happy with it. I have been using it since spring. There are good teflon pans, but this one is the best. I regretted that at one time I shook and did not buy out other pans for the action in Spara.
Ol, and I bought everything at the stock, except for a small one (it was not anywhere else). I am very pleased. I also want to buy a little one, but the little green creature won't let me buy it at full price. But I will definitely buy, I will make myself such a gift. I really like these pans. I use it regularly for six months.

These are not cast iron, they are aluminum. Try bringing a magnet up to them. If aluminum, it won't stick. And for washing in PMM, aluminum is not recommended.

It's up to you to choose. But after two pans, I don't buy a ceramic coating. It starts to stick very quickly.
I will subscribe under every word! I have had a Stoneline frying pan with a marble coating for almost two years now. I use it almost every day - NOTHING sticks! Moreover, I can rummage in it with a spoon, for the entire time of use, not a single scratch. Need to ask the girls, did they buy in the past ?? or this spring ?? (forgot) these pans in Germany on sale. Everything is fine with these pans, only the price is the same as for a cast-iron bridge, although the manufacturer gives a guarantee for 25 years. I bought myself in the joint venture (though I haven’t taken it yet) a Ballarini stewpan with Kitchen lid, so they have all the frying pans there according to their service life, that is, for how long the company gives a guarantee for the frying pan, so there is from 1 to 25 years .... Let's see ... I also have a beloved cast-iron frying pan (originally black) - nothing sticks to it, the main thing is to warm it up well .... I bought it on the occasion, for some penny, made in China, I thought the nastiness would still be the same, but she turned out to be in the team of her beloved (only one minus, when she bought, she took it with low sides)

I have a Delimano ceramic frying pan (I bought it in a TV shop).
I am as pleased with them as an elephant. : girl_love: Now I cook only in them.
Thank God, nothing sticks to them.
Probably the cheaper the frying pan, the cheaper the coating ...

Do you have cast iron with a non-stick coating?
I have one cast iron pancake, I got it from my grandmother.
Heavy, if you do not warm it up then that's it! Damn you can't get it off!

So there is no Teflon coating. Old, Soviet, made of no one knows what. Either cast iron or aluminum ...

Let them throw slippers at me now, but, in my opinion, there is nothing better than old cast-iron pans. I have three of them, they serve for 35-40 years. And now, in the presence of PMM, they also "shine"! They frightened that if they were washed clean, they would stick ... not true !!!
I only have 2 cast iron, I can't get enough of them. Mine is always clean. And how, to leave dirty? With my laundry soap, only after cutlets I soak in detergent. I'm afraid to wash with Shumanite, or is it possible?
Kamusik
And I have several cast iron pot, still Soviet (sorry to throw it away), one of them is regularly used, I bake bread in it!

I have one cast iron, not old, bought 3 years ago. I am very pleased with her. You just need to properly care for her. Over time, a non-stick coating forms on it and nothing sticks. Never wash with any dish detergents. If something sticks, I just pour water and let it stand for a while. And be sure to dry it on gas. And I also have Dolimano. I'm not happy with her. And it is also annoying that it is positioned as made in Italy. But actually in China. I have nothing against Chinese goods and even admire their efficiency in the production of expensive goods at an affordable price, but say so: the brand is Italian, made in China

And my rubbish turned out to be And I wanted it so much !!!!! I gave almost 300 UAH. I used it for a week normally, then it began to stick a little, and then the scrambled eggs in butter SO boiled, sho I immediately threw it into the trash out of anger! Fake, probably I bought the cheapest (not ceramics) for 45 UAH - I use it for the second month, and if anything, I will throw it out without any regret and buy a new one

I don’t know what’s the matter, but since I changed the stove to induction, for some reason it stopped sticking to the ceramics! It’s probably too early to draw conclusions, the stove is recent, and the dishes are new, but earlier some pans did not work for so long.

Wait, take your time. What if it's not about induction? What if ceramics are better quality now? What if I just got lucky with the dishes? For me and Rondell, the frying pan has not lost its quality for several years, and many are unhappy with Rondell.

Yes, black and white, high sides, there are grooves for draining the liquid, there are handles, there are ribs at the bottom, a thickened bottom - you need to look at the company.
Coating quality is good - grease splashes poorly

It turned out that it is more practical to fry on the electric grill

The price may be different, sometimes only 2-2.5 times higher than the cost of a grill pan.
BUT, you can buy a frying pan and keep it clean in the table and not use

I bought myself a little trick now from Joseph & Joseph
And most importantly, it is very inexpensive!

This spoon is very pretty. Of course she wanted one too. I chose a dark gray.
Julia, thanks for the idea.

True, a spoon for 20 UAH did not cost. I really liked the whisk like this:

Kitchen stuff (1)

I bought it, although it was expensive and there are already a bunch of different corollas.

What a nice, comfortable whisk that is. Fully disassembled, heavy handle, and generally handsome - admire him. If you are not confused by its price, then I advise you to buy.

The funny thing is that all the time I forget that I bought it and continue to grab a set of measuring spoons from the railing, although here it is new - under my nose on the refrigerator

And when did you buy this spoon for 20 UAH?
A week ago I came in and fainted a little - they are already in Serviro for 60 hryvnias, and for 20 hryvnias, the action was and ended long ago.

The price of a spoon is exactly 20 UAH, and it was after your message that I wanted it so pretty and at a reasonable price. Of course, I was also surprised that Joseph had something for 20 hryvnyas, but it turns out that this is an action. Well, it is normal then it turns out for the price if the whisk is considered in a set with a twenty-griven spoon.
I don't know, I would buy a spoon for 60 UAH.

Yulechka, do you think you can magnetise this spoon on a coffee machine? Otherwise, it is convenient for me to attach it to it, so that it is next to it.

You can, only away from the container with water, so as not to change the structure of the water with a magnet.

There the magnet is sooooo weak, so let it stand next to the tank, I thought further from the water tank, which is in the coffee machine itself.
And about the insides, microcircuits - the guys just explained to me - nothing terrible will happen
