I'm extremely happy with the games.
I am reporting.

The pots are glazed, so I didn't soak them. The pot without a lid was sealed with foil. The ones with lids were also laid with foil (under the lids).
I did not fry anything beforehand (I avoid frying as much as possible).
Pot number 1.
At the bottom - small carrots and small onions.
Top chicken thigh, salted and sprinkled with suneli hops.
Further potatoes. Allspice, lavrushka.
Filled with water (not to the top).

At the bottom - small carrots and small onions.
Top with pork (no fat, was pickled for a couple of hours in mustard and hop-suneli). Since the pork is not fat at all, I put half a teaspoon of chicken fat on the bottom of the pot.
Above are potatoes.
Even higher are mushrooms (frozen boletus).
Filled with water (not to the top).
After turning off the oven, I removed the foil and sprinkled with grated cheese.

Conclusions.
one.I take the foil into service, it really seals and the dish turns out to be juicier.
2. Onions and carrots, poured into the bottom of the pot, prevent the meat from "sticking" to the bottom of the pot.
3. Marinating meat in mustard has the right to life.
4. Marinating meat in red currant juice is also possible. Meat marinated for two hours is softer than marinated in mustard. There is no specific aftertaste. The color of the meat changed, but in the process of heat treatment it leveled out.
Next time marinate meat in juice overnight and will not rinse.
5. Potatoes, laid with the top layer under the foil, darkens (seen in the first photo). Even if it does not come into contact with the foil. In those pots where the potatoes were covered with vegetables, they retained their color and looked more appetizing.
Summary. All tested cooking options are technological, quick to prepare and recognized by my family as delicious. Therefore they will be repeated. The recipe is multivariate to the point of insanity, which, when prepared in portions, makes it easy to satisfy all the tastes and whims of the family.
