Beef stroganoff

Ingredients

veal 1 kg
salt taste
ground black pepper taste
ground red pepper taste
flour 1 st. l
water (boiling water) 50-100 ml
different herbs (better dried)
sunflower oil 2-3 st. l

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat 1cm thick across the grain and beat off on both sides with a hammer. Cut into 1 * 1 cm cubes. I cooked in the MV on the "Pastry" program, poured sunflower oil, warmed up the meat, fried with the lid open for 10-15 minutes, then closed the lid and cooked with periodic stirring for 40 minutes (the liquid should boil off) Then I switched to the program
  • stewing, added all the spices and flour, mixed, allowed to fry for a couple of minutes, added boiling water and stewed until tender (it comes out differently for me from 5 to 30 minutes)

Note

Here this dish is served with pickled cucumber and green peas (as in the officers' cafeteria in the 80s) - nostalgia ... And FRI potatoes (the officers lived !!!)
