Ingredients

Boiled tongue 400 g
Champignon 200 g
Pickled cucumbers 100 g
red onion 1 PC
celery stalk 1-2 pcs
vegetable oil
sour cream 150 g
dry white wine 1 tbsp. the spoon
mustard ready 1 tsp
salt, ground pepper

Cooking method

  • Wash the champignons, cut into slices, fry in vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the peeled tongue into cubes, herring into slices, cucumbers into cubes, onions into thin rings, put everything in a salad bowl.
  • Mix sour cream with mustard and white wine, add salt and pepper. Pour the prepared sauce over the contents of the salad bowl. Mix.
