Chicken chops with cheese and mushrooms

Ingredients

chicken fillet 2 pcs.
cheese 50 gr.
Champignon 2 - 3 pcs.
mayonnaise
salt, spices
flour for flattening
eggs 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into 2 parts, cut each part with a booklet, beat off slightly, salt and pepper. Cut the champignons and cheese into slices. Each booklet contains a plate of cheese and champignon. Closed, chipped off with a toothpick.
  • The bottom of the dish is smeared with mayonnaise, put a layer of cooked chops, a layer of mayonnaise, and so on until we put everything out, the last layer of mayonnaise. We put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight or overnight.
  • Dip in flour, dip in a beaten egg and fry in vegetable oil.

Note

I got this recipe from a relative of my husband. Now this is one of my favorite foods. The chops are palm-sized and delicious.
