This is not necessary at all, everything will turn out fine with the spreading yolk, and even if it did not immediately fall under the dome. Yoshisho, I have been doing mayo since 2006. Blender Brown 600 W. It turns out ALWAYS.

+100500 !!!

Both Brown and Kitchen are equally good at me ALWAYS !!!

Eggs and homemade and store, my blenders do not see the difference ...
Ulyalya
Girls, good afternoon, what to choose from blenders zepter or bamix? what do you advise?
titanik
Bamix - the original is always better than imitations
Rinamy
If the mayonnaise hasn't beaten, add another egg and beat again. The taste depends on the oil, whether it beats or not depends on the number of eggs.
Niarma
Girls, can you please tell me if there is a model of a hand blender with only a leg and a nozzle for mashed potatoes? In extreme cases, another whisk, a chopper is not needed. Any firm! Urgent need!!!
Taia
Marina, there is Kenwood 713, where the main leg is a chopper, a potato grinder and an ordinary mug.
Niarma
Thank you, Taya, this one would probably fit, but it's not on sale. I will look further
Anna67
Niarma, I think it's easier (and cheaper) to buy with unnecessary ones, since buying the necessary attachments separately will turn out to be more expensive, and such a blender itself is not cheap.
And if any company, then, for example, SCARLETT SL-HB43M81 with a crushing machine, a whisk and a grinder costs like one beater at a Phillips.
Niarma
Anna, Thank you! I crossed the internet, realized that I couldn't find what I needed, and settled on a couple of models: VITEK VT-1451 and REDMOND RHB-2958, which suit the price
Svetlana Mazqarovna
NiarmaIf you have Mr RBT, there they have blenders of their own brand Leran. You can buy a hand blender, and for mashed potatoes there is already an accessory for Leran blenders under the code name. I have Leran-0866, but I took a small shredder to the komplekt already as an accessory, as a result, for 4000 rubles I practically have a combine. I am very pleased with my assistant, it is a rare day that he is not at work. So you can assemble the necessary equipment for yourself.
Niarma
Svetlana Mazqarovna, Thank you! I will look at this brand
grinaty
Seberia, Elena, oh, wow - I also chose exactly 2 of these blenders (Bosch MSM 67165 and Philips HR 1676/90), and now I'm looking at the topic, maybe some useful info on these blenders will be And how did Filipok show himself in action? I have experience of long-term operation of the small HR7605 combine from Phillips, and the Boshevsky mixer and chopper also work well (but with problems, however) - here and I stand like a Buridan donkey, I can't choose
Now I will read the topic to the end
Seberia
grinaty, Natalia, I'm very happy with Phillips
That's all that is stated - it performs perfectly. Mayonnaise - made, minced meat - ground, well, mashed soups - this is constantly, apple puree in large quantities grinded
In general, there is nothing to complain about yet.
I think that later I will buy attachments for it and I will be generally happy
grinaty
Seberia, Elena, Thank you! Yesterday evening I ordered it in El-do, where the price for it is very attractive - 3299 rubles.

Girls, please tell me, but there is a review of this mixer Stabmixer Kenwood HDP408 WH Triblade-80 euros
Raspberry Zemlyanikina
Girls, I ask for help in choosing a hand blender. I choose from two: Kenwood HDP404WH Blender and Bosch MSM87165 Blender. I found more information on bosch. Here the girls wrote, and I found tests with it - of the minuses, that you get into the main nozzle under the plastic and it is difficult to clean it. And according to Kenwood - silence, except for commercials. Maybe there are owners here, write down how they work for you?
Cvetaal
Raspberry Zemlyanikina, yesterday I had to urgently buy a blender, because my beloved Brown has a crack in his leg after 20 years of work. I set my sights on a similar one, but bought Bosch ErgoMixx. I needed a minimum package. Yesterday I experienced it, I crumbled greens with garlic into small crumbs, ground cottage cheese with berries perfectly. I lay down in my hand like a native, the speed is regulated until I am satisfied.
Midnight lady
Raspberry Zemlyanikina, I wrote about Bosch, about a plastic insert in the leg. This blender lasted for two years and broke down immediately after the warranty expired. The mount broke, one button began to sink almost immediately, and now it ceased to snap into place at all. But in the end it dawned on me what the matter was: it was my own fault, I kept the blender, lying on this button, and in the end it had completely sunk. After it, in frustration, I decided to buy a Chinese Galaxy, I thought, anyway, all these expensive ones are going to China ... I liked everything with Galaxy, except ... the quality of grinding. Everything was thought out in terms of convenience: the mount is different from that in Boch, not latches, but twisting of nozzles, convenient control buttons, an easily washable foot without any plastic, high power. But, this power only contributed to splashing, because there are slots in the leg and dull knives! In general, after suffering, wiping the entire kitchen from splashes, we bought Brown. Well, again I didn't want Bosch because of the plastic insert, although I still had all the attachments in excellent condition, that is, only the motor part with the leg could be bought. But this insert turned me off completely. In general, now we have Brown and I am very happy. A leg with a skirt, without slits, gives excellent grinding (I think even better than Bosch's, I had two models), does not spray, I grind in small bowls, from which I immediately feed the baby. It chops small portions perfectly, because the knife is located quite low in the leg and it captures everything. Washing your feet is a pleasure. I have Brown with one button, with a smooth speed control, that is, you press the button harder and the speed increases.
But, to be objective, I must also name the disadvantages. Maybe it’s a marriage, I don’t know, but my blender has a very hard leg detachment. After Bosch, with whom I did it with one hand (in both models), and even Galaxy, with Brown, I have to use two hands to detach the nozzle with effort. But there is no such thing in the grinder attachments and the whisk, they are very easily detached. The second minus for me is a constantly lit LED. This is a childproof element, that is, until you press the button on top, it will not work. My blender is constantly connected to the network, and this diode is constantly blinking, probably, this will affect its service life. When it burns out, because it stops turning on, you need to change it. You can buy an outlet with a shutdown, I know, but in my case it is still easier to remove the plug from the outlet at night.

And I specially bought myself Panasonic
(Leg only) on Ozone. I have been using it for the third year. I am very satisfied. Blender pate right in the bowl of Steba. Hurray takes. Well, I whip everything else, what my soul desires ...
Before that was Phillips ~ also loved.
Here is Redmond not Liu But they gave me a present, with a chopper cup and a whisk. At the moment I only use a chopper, because for some reason neither the whisk nor the "leg" are spinning.

Girls, I ask for help in choosing a hand blender.
And what are the needs? For example, I needed first of all for mayonnaise and for mashed potatoes. I also wanted double corollas. I chose these criteria.
By the way, I missed the shape of the immersion part, but I slightly modified it, and now everything is fine.

Oh, and in detail? I would never take a blender, if the skirt itself with slits, I almost raised it, - the whole kitchen is in mayonnaise (cream, meringue, substitute the necessary); therefore only Brown with a one-piece skirt.
Anna67
Piano, I read it for the second time and I can't understand but where are the slots along the perimeter or, so to speak, are there on the dome itself? I thought they were needed around the perimeter for mixing. Although I already have two of them (ariston and like a scarlet) I don't remember what these legs look like - I only use a chopper, a whisk (that's who the champion is in the part to spray) and occasionally a nozzle for mashed potatoes.

I agree. I bought a blender for my Brown in reserve, which has holes in the skirt - I couldn't use it, I gave it to him. A person normally uses it - maybe it played a role for me that there were no slots in the first blender
Crown
I have a Redmond with a leaky skirt, there are no problems with mayonnaise, I beat it in a jar full to the very neck per liter or 0.7, and punch the berries in a glass with a series of short bzhiks with a couple of spoons of yogurt, then add yogurt to a full glass. Soup-puree can be sprayed, if there is not enough of it, then I put the saucepan in a bag or also in short bzhiks, and when the volume is larger, then nothing is sprayed.
You can adapt, but if I suddenly buy another one, then with the right skirt. I am not so annoyed by the spraying as getting stuck in these holes of scraps of skins from berries, I have to periodically twist in the opposite direction.

Oh, I don't know what the slots are for, the manufacturer probably had a goal for them. Comparing blenders Saturn, Moulinex and Brown, I can say that only Brown's leg gives a perfectly chopped puree soup, velvety homogeneous, others cannot achieve this. And any mayonnaise is fine.
Probably the matter is in the constructive relationship between the shape of the skirt and the length-angle of the knife curvature.

Ladies, suggest a dice blender. A complete set is not needed, but I want a leg without holes and a good cutter for boiled vegetables, eggs, sausages.

Sweeps everything one or two. You can buy some attachments, but I only occasionally dabble with a potato grinder.
Raspberry Zemlyanikina
Girls, I ordered a Kenwood HDP404WH blender. There was a discount on aliexpress in tmall, I issued it 45 minutes before the end of the discount. It cost me 3333 rubles. There are discounts, as I understand from the reviews, they often happen. When he arrives, I will unsubscribe.
I never had an immersion blender, I had a bosch cube - I had enough. And now it has become too lazy to wash it when I make a casserole or liver pancakes. And I also want to try to make homemade mayonnaise. That's all the needs.
mamusi
Rituslya, Rita, I want to ask about your Phillips. Do you only have what is in the photo (or is there a whisk)?
And where else did you buy it?

Margarita, I have a complete set of Phillips. With whisks, bowl with a knife for grinding - grinding anything. This is my second Phillips. The first served for almost 14 years. I like everything and use everything constantly.

Fine! I want such a kit myself.
You only need a series or number (well, those numbers and letters that come after the Philips Brand). So as not to miss. If there is a moment and an opportunity ...
Pliiiz ...
In the meantime, I'll take a look at Ozone.

great! I read it too.

This Kenwood blender will be convenient for those who press the start button with the middle or index finger. Thumb presses will be uncomfortable, especially with long nails. But in it there is a leg without slits and the knife seems to be low, which means it will grind even small volumes and not spray.

And the buttons for detaching the attachments are also correctly located, you just lower your hand and detach it, without turning your hand. A trifle, but nice.

I have no nails (already)
But I didn't understand about the fingers.Yes, on my two hoods, I grab the handle and press big finger. How else is it?
Midnight lady
mamusi, and the link Stars scroll below (at the very end of the article), there will be a photo of a woman holding a blender and turning it on with her index finger.

And there in the description it is written: “The inclusion of normal operation is carried out by the button from the top, the turbo mode - from the bottom. The power buttons are located exactly under the index and middle fingers. "

I also press the power button with my thumb, and my husband - with my index finger, so I choose a blender that is convenient to turn on in different ways.
mamusi
Midnight lady, Yeah ... I'll take a look!

That's how I turn it on, my thumb is somehow uncomfortable.

mamusi, Rita, I have a HR 1674 model. Probably, there are some attachments to it, but it itself is just "bombing" for me. From the first turn it blenders so much that I just play with the second and subsequent turns. I didn't buy any of the attachments.
I bought it on Phillips' website a couple of years ago.

Well yes! And I. For me, a mystery how ... is it a pointer? And why? Maybe if you unscrew the blender from yourself?
Svetta
zvezda, Olya, and you turn the blender away from you so that the buttons are under the index and middle fingers and it will work.
And I'm just like you and uncomfortable. How different we are ...
Anna1957
I'm average too, like svetta... But I didn't even think about it, it's so unimportant))) The result is clearly not affected.
Midnight lady
mamusi, of course, the power button will then look not at you, but from the opposite side.

zvezda, do you feel the difference in the ease of pressing, especially in the second one from the left (black and white motor part)? When I switched from Bosch with similar buttons to Bosch with a button similar to your third (black) one, I really felt the difference. Even the finger stopped hurting.
