Inna, would you like to consider the Philips HR1628 / 00? I recently bought one at Ozone. I really like. I bought it because of the whisks, sometimes it’s lazy to take out the mixer and collect it, and the submersible is always at hand. Now I pushed in the old hand blender, I use only Filipk. The power is less than my old one, but it works much better.

Girls, maybe old or seditious I’ll sound the thought right now, but I have to take it all ~ Brand. That is, Phillips, Panasonic, Bosch. Even if China, then there is hope that the factory and "tracked" by the firm ...
IMHO but solid. I no longer play with Redmonds, Polaris and others like them ...

Girls, I'm for advice, I need a small chopper for 1-2 onions, considering the Redmond RCR-3801 Chopper, what do you think will fit? Maybe someone has this or a similar one, share your advice

Chopper Redmond RCR-3801
the volume of the bowl is only 200 ml, two onions will not enter at once. The 500 ml bowl is versatile and more convenient, you can grind a lot.
Any shredder will do - 300-400 Watt is sufficient.
E.V.A.75
Irsha, thanks for the advice
AnastasiaK
E. V. A. 75, I have such a chopper, I really like it - exactly for 1 onion (most often I don't need more). And at the same time I also have a 0.5 liter Bosch. Both are in demand, in different situations.

I took a Phillips 700W - they come with different configurations. I opted for a metal one with a double whisk, a small chopper, a purée attachment, a leg - and I'm quite happy.
Girls, I want to report.
In general, my Phillips seems to be tired of me for almost everything, especially I like the potato nozzle, but the main thing for which I use it is mayonnaise and others like it.
So, if with my "old man" I made mayonnaise instantly and literally with my eyes closed, and my husband always managed to do it with crookedness in the summer, then with a new one it is necessary very carefully, carefully, otherwise it may not work out the first time.
I used to wonder why some people succeed in mayonnaise every other time or not at all, but now I am not surprised, since I have been writing the pretzel around it lately.
I don’t know what the reason is, but, perhaps, in the form of a “cap” of the submerged part (leg): the old one had the shape of a flat lid, and the new one had a dome,

i.e. the old one is like this:
Blender
and the new one is like this:
Blender

So if you are going to buy a mixer, including for mayonnaise, consider this.
Anchic
Olga, it may very well be. I also have a slightly domed leg. And mayonnaise at first was just like a punishment. Now I got used to it. I take whole eggs and instead of one I take two. And then the mayonnaise turns out to be more or less stable. But all the same, it is not prepared instantly and it is necessary to very carefully do it.
velli
madames, Elena S, Well, how is it with the Element, have you made friends or not? For example, I can't get enough of him. Everything suits me in it. Each knife attachment performs its task at "5". Even a meat knife crushes meat well, if you remove all films and veins first. I made chicken sausage yesterday. I passed some through a blender, some left in pieces a very tasty sausage. Now I don't buy mayonnaise: I make it with a blender right into a half / liter jar. Thick what the spoon is worth. I'm not talking about vegetable and fruit purees. The whisk nozzle is just not in demand, because there is nothing to beat.for soufflé or biscuit dough I don’t bake and don’t like! And about the reviews: One writes for example "bad, not comfortable and stuff like that, etc. and etc.", Another writes: "Good, convenient, ..." Who should I believe? I personally trust the girls' feedback from our forum. I bought this blender thanks to Miranda and her review! May GOD grant her health!

I looked at him for a long time, but at first, when choosing, I beat Shteba, ordered, received, complete disappointment. And again there was a need for a purchase.
I took the Element on Ozone not too long, thanks to the accumulated points. I haven't tried all the functions yet. Most often I use a whisk, in principle it suits. I use a stick nozzle for whipping milk for cappuccino, plain milk is excellent, drinking coconut milk is worse, but there is foam. I also made orange sorbet and orange-carrot juice from the recipe book. It chops the oranges, but if there are films, then no, they were wound around the knife. I didn't chop the carrots into a homogeneous mass, there were small pieces, so I had to filter the juice for the child.

shoko11
Nataliya, MX 30. Now I use only a grinder, grind the turkey / chicken for cutlets, but in small portions and then only with moisture, it copes. The only thing I really don't like is, even if I rinse the knife well and soak it in water, the smell still remains, and I pick out everything I can with a toothpick inside, but all the same (((I also used a whisk, whipped, but longer and not in such peaks, as with other units. The main blender knife is weak, even with frozen berries (for example, cranberries) did a poor job, not to mention vegetables.

PySy. I forgot to write about the Element, I grinded cheese and nuts in the mill, I did a good job.

Olya, it seems to me that how well and quickly the mayonnaise turns out depends not so much on the shape of the immersion part of the blender, but on the number of revolutions per minute. With the Philips 1669 blender, sometimes there were failures in the preparation of mayonnaise. And last year I bought BBK KBH1010, mayonnaise will always turn out. I make mayonnaise this way

I have been making mayonnaise for many years, it seemed to me that I could feel it, but I am suffering with the new mixer.
There, the number of revolutions is regulated, I really tried it in different ways, but every time it is dances with a tambourine. But when I take out an old one, everything turns out without looking at any speed.

Olya, I always make mayonnaise on the "Turbo" mode. I cover the egg with a "dome", turn it on and hold the blender in one place until the egg starts to emulsify (literally 30-40 seconds). Then I gradually move the blender up and down and that's it. Do you do it at maximum speed?
Anchic
Svetlana, mayonnaise is quite obtained at low speeds. When it was invented, there were no blenders. I couldn't do it the same way in turbo mode. And at the same time it can turn out at much lower rpm. Something else affects. I've started to make Provencal recipe for Chuchelka. But it is purely on the yolks. And it turned out with a dance with tambourines. And I replaced two yolks with two whole eggs and began to get stable, and even pour oil now immediately. And when purely on the yolks - it was impossible to do this categorically.
Story
Girls, on the DR they offer me to give a BOSCH 400 or 450W blender (I don't remember) and 1 speed ... I need to give my consent (or not) to the purchase. I would have more power ... and speed, probably two ... (or maybe I'm panicking ..) But I have never had a blender. Agree? Please tell me.

Olga VB

Yes, no matter what I did!
Svetlana, I often make mayonnaise, and with an old blender it takes me a total of 20 seconds, including the time to get everything, pour it into a glass, and then close it and put it in the refrigerator, i.e. it's just instantly done ... with an old mixer. New, contagion, makes a pretzel write around him
And the difference between them is only in the shape of the dome of the submersible nozzle.
So I wonder if the dog rummaged in herBlender

Not, Ol, not in her. My Shtebochka has a dome, but look how he makes mayonnaise in literally seconds:
Blender
She put the glass on its side on purpose.
Lenok458
It could be the power of the blender. Old Kenwood had 700 watts but broke. Mom gave her Brown, he has 450 watts. Believe me, this difference in power is very noticeable. Now I am looking after a new blender and must be at least 700 watts.
shoko11
Quote: Miranda

I pour milk on 3 fingers, the foam is good, high quality somewhere in 1.75-1.9 fingers. Today, after whipping, the milk had time to cool down, I put it in the micra a little, the foam rose almost to the upper edge of the glass.

My old man has a power of 300W, he copes with everything perfectly.
And the new one has 700, and I'm suffering with it!

Still, in a blender, you need to pay attention not only to the power, but also to the knife.
By the way, the characteristics do not always indicate the number of revolutions.

I ordered a blender today.

The question is where to put the suitcase with KitchenAid-owski nozzles ...

I didn't even use many of them.

A "leg" and a chopper were in use), the latter was used exclusively for coconut manna).

Option to buy a new motor for KitchenAid I do not consider it, it is too expensive to purchase the motor part separately.

But this is not only KitchenAid concerns.

I sympathize with the blender

Inna, what a pity. I read the link, everything is mournful somehow. And I was just thinking about the stationary mixer. When I was at the training, there were just the kittens, they said that they have been plowing for 6 years, and there they really plow, non-stop courses. So I caught fire.
Miranda
shoko11, it seems to me that the author was not lucky, which happens with any technique, because I also saw the Kitchens at the courses that have been plowed for many years, and there are positive reviews on the forum. I have Kenwood, if anything, and although I think he is better than Kitchen, I don’t think Kitchen is any good.
Marfusha81
And I'm bragging about Brown: for 12 years now my multicwick has been working. I broke his knife in a glass (for some reason I decided to grind a frozen banana). I bought a knife in the service for 600 rubles and the blender continues to work.
That's all I think when his time comes. True, I rarely use a whisk, mostly a leg or a glass.
