sazalexter, there are already more than 20,000 of us ...

we recently installed a two-rate meter (day-night). Now I set the time so that the bread is ready at 7 o'clock in the morning. I rarely bake any super-rolls, for special occasions. And for everyday food, from proven recipes - it's okay. I put food in the evening - and onward. At first I was afraid that the flour would somehow "sour" there (6 hours without moving). But nothing. The bread is good. And we kind of save electricity.

Alternatively, it is rational if there is an effect. We have changed the tariffs with an increase in prices for e-mail. energy, which became unprofitable to install such a meter.

And I am very bothered by the cost of electricity, since we live with children only on my salary, and everything in the house is on electricity, on average, 300 kilowatts per month are spent, but something has recently started to go about 500 .., which is about 1300 .. But there was a multicooker and another airfryer .. That's all for you .. And what's the point that everywhere economical lamps and I go after all the lights I turn off, I can’t force my son to turn off the computer, my daughter falls asleep purely on the TV, and I somehow get up at night and I'm going to put things in order, And as the time comes pays for the communal apartment, my heart breaks ..

You always have to count.
* Gulya *
for Ukraine: baking one roll in French mode 3h 50min, weight 1kg, medium crust - 0.4-0.45kv. i.e. about 13kop.

Well, so it should be at least somewhere good in Ukraine, we have all kinds of power plants here - sho sorry mud! and hydro you and coal and nuclear. More than in any European country in terms of per capita indicator
They also threaten to raise the cost of electricity! Well, what good is it to me, as a citizen of the country? live in an area with three power plants !!!! and pay for electricity in the same way as a consumer for thousands of kilometers ?!

Thank you all for counting.

Bread bakers tell me how to calculate the approximate price of bread (calculated products + electricity)?
It is necessary to calculate the cost of the bread machine to calculate the price. (UAH 1 400)
rinishek
so it's just depreciation. Divide the cost by the number of days that the HP is in operation - and you get the residual value of the equipment for the current day. And in order to "smear" the cost of CP on the price of bread, the cost of CP must be divided by the number of nominal loaves. I don’t know how to figure it out. A warranty period can be taken, for example 1 year. If we assume that bread is baked once a day, then ... 1400 UAH: 365days. = 3.8 UAH / day.
Well, sort of like that
Perhaps my train of thought is fundamentally wrong. I need to ask accountants

and with \ the cost of products is to subtract the cost of overhead costs (profit, advertising, transport, etc.) from the sales one and it is also probably worth taking away the store's markup (otherwise it is 200% in some places)
Babovka
Thank you - it will be a little expensive ((It should be broken into 10 years to calm the soul
rinishek
Well, it’s always like that! Custom tailoring is more expensive than extras.
By and large, 1 loaf of 1 kg will cost UAH 5-7
As for me, it is so inexpensive. Compare not with sawdust bread, but with high-quality sourdough bread (we sell this on the market by weight. I don’t buy, but the people praised it)

Electricity consumption when baking bread

A source 🔗
CrenDel
Who else is concerned about the issue of electricity consumption - I am reporting. HP Panasonic SD-Z2502 in mode 01 (main), size-L, crust color-medium, when baking 0.5 kg wheat bread, it consumes about 0.3 kW / h. Checked several times by electronic meter.
