This is a light, tasty and nutritious instant meal.

Fry in butter in a skillet (preferably cast iron) chopped onions and ground red bell pepper (without pepper). Add crushed fresh cheese, stir and fry for another 3-5 minutes. Serve immediately hot, preferably in the same pan, sprinkled with cilantro or green onions.

You can use green onions for frying, not onions - in this case, it is important not to overcook them so that the onions do not lose their color.
It is also important not to overcook the ground pepper so that it does not burn - it is better to add it to the frying at the end, before laying the cheese. Some people sprinkle pepper on an already prepared dish, but in this case the oil does not have time to turn red and the dish does not get the required attractive appearance.

For 500 g of cheese 300 g of butter, pepper and salt to taste.
