Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 150 g
Butter 100 g
Vegetable oil 75 g
Milk 110 g
Wheat flour 300 g
Baking powder 1h l.

Grapes (apples) 200-250 g

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar until a white fluffy mass is formed. Without stopping whisking, gradually add softened butter, vegetable oil, milk. At the very end, flour mixed with baking powder and salt. The dough turns out like very thick sour cream.
  • Add grapes (cut apples like on a charlotte). Mix. Put in a mold (I have a silicone d24cm).
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C until golden brown (I have 50 minutes). Willingness to check with a wooden splinter. Cool the finished cake slightly and remove from the mold after 10 minutes.
